If you think you might ever be interested in a Sleep Number bed, the Richmond (Short Pump) store is the place to go! Store manager Jared did a awesome job explaining the how and why to go with a Sleep Number. We were “be backs”- had to think a bit about the purchase but there was no pressure. Great service.

We enjoyed trying out all the mattresses and pillows to find out best match and look forward to our delivery in a couple weeks. I mostly appreciated that the sales people let the product sell itself. They weren't pushy and gave my husband and I time to discuss our options without hovering.

My fiancée, Mike and I had the most wonderful experience with our sales rep, Sarah. We had trouble sleeping together on an ordinary mattress due to differing temperatures and firmness levels between us. We had tried multiple different mattresses and mattress stores before finally coming into Sleep Number.All of that was solved with the purchase of our sleep number! Sarah showed us our personalized pressure points, and allowed us to try multiple different mattresses until we found our perfect fit!Cannot wait for it to come in! Thanks, Sarah!

Sold us a $6k+ mattress that started falling after several months, and the customer service is abysmal. We purchased a very expensive adjustable split king hoping to get some relief from orthopedic issues. I specifically asked if there were complaints about the mattresses separating in the middle and the sales person told me he'd never heard of that being a problem. Unsurprisingly, when we started having problems, all their customer service people seemed to know the cause right away, saying it was a common issue. Please also read their reviews on the Better Business Bureau before doing business with this company. They will claim to have a warranty but it's worthless as they require expensive service calls to even correctly figure out what's going on and customer service doesn't reliably follow through. You will be expected to pay for replacement parts of parts that are defective and/or made of the cheapest materials available. They make it extremely difficult to have anything come of the warranty, and its all at additional costs. I can't believe they are charging customers fees to come out and diagnose and then for additional supplies to fix what absolutely amounts to a manufacturers defect on these mattresses, and for the price of a premium product. The materials are shoddy and the sleeping chambers are ridiculously narrow. We are happier with the $500 mattress we replaced our sleep number with. Our old Sleep Number is sitting in a spare room and now I have to spend more money on this piece of garbage to get someone to haul it out of my house. If you're considering buying an expensive mattress here, LMK and you can have mine for free.

They were not pushy or trying to persuade us in any specific way. I loved the menu of beds that clearly listed all the prices, models, and what they offered. We laid on a few different beds before choosing which one worked best for us.

Worked with both Mike and the other sales rep, and both of them were incredibly kind and helpful people! Came there to test out the ComfortFit Ultimate pillow, and ended up buying it along with accessories. Great reps to work with!
