We have stayed at this Hilton wo times a year for several years. We stayed Thurs June 27, 2024 checked out at 9:00 AM Sunday June 30,2024. We paid $649.00 plus $10.00 dollars a day for parking we parked 3 days and was charged for 4 days.??. We was told it would be $166.00 a night that changed??. We will not be staying there anymore ??. We know alot of people that travel we will makesure we tell them not to stay with Hilton it's a big rip off??. Hilton makes the money your supposed to be given something for being a Hilton member?? Don't stay at Hilton??

Very nice accommodations. Clean and quiet rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Large television was a plus that we didn't expect. Nice atmosphere and location. We will be coming back when we are in the area.

Loved this hotel! We were traveling back from Philadelphia to Florida and made a stop over. Hotel has a wonderful shower, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby. Located in a nice area. Would definitely stay here again!
Rooms: Clean and spacious. Awesome shower!
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping mall.

Physical looks nice from the lobby the rooms are what you'd expect from a Hilton. Pool and hot tub look good. The gym is small considering the size of the hotel but has enough in there to get a good workout

Very kind and helpful service at the reception as well as at the bar. Room setup is great but the breakfast could be better. Location is ideal to reach anything in Short Pump even by walking...

Very nice hotel, and located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. The room was nice and clean with a large tv (it wasn’t a smart tv). Only issue we had was a nonworking refrigerator. That was disappointing since our food is no good now. My sister called the front desk in the morning around 7am Sunday to let them know about it. The front desk person was very rude and didn’t care. She got rude with my sister because my sister asked was this the front desk because she didn’t understand what the front desk clerk said when she answered the phone. The phone was very low and you couldn’t hear her that well. So the front desk clerk replies back I said it was the front desk! For someone working in the customer service field, she should know this is not how you talk to paying customers. She sounded like she had an attitude, and didn’t want to be bothered. And then there was a $10 parking fee that was not mentioned during reservation. My sister also tried to call at night about the refrigerator issue, but no one answers the phone.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! IMO the room prices should be double what they are. The hotel is very clean, the bathroom lighting is out of this world, there is a restaurant, bar and Starbucks on-site, and the area is awesome. The restaurant/bar staff is fabulous. Lot of shopping, very suburban area, appeared to be very safe. I can't say enough, the GM should be proud!

Just want to give a shout out to the front desk and the Starbucks staff. I'm here traveling for work and have food poisoning (not from the hotel) and they have been so lovely! Gatorade, toast and waters delivered to my room with a friendly "if you need anything else, please let us know."Thanks for making a really bad situation so much better with your human first attitude - so grateful. ❤️

Visiting Richmond for yet another Soccer tournament this year. We realized that our boys would be best rested up for their next days schedule. And after asking Hotel staff to rent a small conference room to eat and spend time with the team and their families altogether, we were denied access to these vacant rooms on the main floor that have "no upcoming events" listed. Not sure where Customer Service is now a days when families travel from afar to spend time and pay good money for such accomodations, where a phone call to a Manager would at least allow us an opportunity to reunite players and families for a meal, when we were more than willing to pay for such a room, and tired from the weekends activities. Something to consider when planning next years tournament ?

Nice hotel and service. Very thin walls. I was able to hear people in the hallway and all around. Difficult to sleep.Rooms: Easily hear things going on in the hallways and people in adjoining rooms.

Entire building smelled like marijuana. Hall's elevators etc. To each their own but the staff should ensure it's not being smoked inside
