Great service. Been using them for a few years and they always come through. They have the systems in place to fulfill for demading amazon selling. We can always see what is happening with our orders and merchandise on their online portal. Customer service is quick to respond to our requests and have helped us when we needed inventory worked on or inspected. They even came through and got shipments to Fedex when the fedex truck was not going to come to them during a blizzard. Nice group of people who care about their work..

Admittedly this is the only experience I have had with a warehouse/fulfillment operation so i have nothing totcompare it to but they have been exceptional. I've been a client of theirs for three years now and I have never had anything to complain about. If fact, they have always accomadated my needs no matter how small. They always ship on time, have a fantastic interface and are nothing but charming when it comes to customer service.
