What this place is, your local gas station manned by one or two persons at a time. Tough to keep up but these guys work hard. Several pluses; outside public bathrooms attached to store, unique smoking and vaping supplies, skill games, and the store is always stuffed with a variety of drinks and snacks. This is not your typical fancy Sheets, but something much better.

I have gone here for a long time only because it's convenient. The young guy who frequently works behind the counter is absolutely worthless. Always on his phone. Never acknowledges the customer, and isn't always even near the register. Is he a relative or something?? Total p.o.s. and would have been fired long ago. When you actually get his attention, he isn't even polite.

Pump didn’t calculate my reward points correctly. It asked for Kroger customer number, displayed $.90 off/gallon, then proceeded to charge me full price. I want my $12.73 back.

Would not recommend buying tobacco products here. ALL stale and dry. when you bring it back, they will say they can’t exchange it because it’s opened and its store policy. Like okay how else would someone know without opening it? Makes literally no sense to me.

Every pump had 2 plastic containers with a squeegee for cleaning windshields. All were bone dry, no fluid to clean windshields. This time of year lots of pollen on my windows.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a gas, clerk did nothing, but stay on his phone call while I struggle to get my chip to read, and never gave me any instructions on what to do or how to try it again and was obviously annoyed to have to stop his conversation and assist me with paying for my gas

The customer service is less than one star. The pump has a leak in it. Prior to getting it into my tank the gas squirted all over the ground and my car. It then stopped working. I went inside to let the attendant know. They yelled at me and said it was my fault and charged me for the gas. They refused to come outside and take a look at it. A man that was cleaning the floors came and verified what happened. The two men working there continued to blame me and were awful. They told me my only option was to call the owner on his cell phone and dispute. It was less than a $1 that was pumped. The owner did not pick up and they gave me such a hard time putting the money back on my card just to move me to another machine arguing that it was my fault. I will never go there again and or suggest anyone else to go there.

They close earlier than what is posted on their door. There’s been at least 2-3 times now that my girlfriend or I have gone there and the lights are off/ doors locked. Happened today it’s clearly posted on the door it’s open for another hour and it’s well it definitely was not open. You guys need to change your posted hours to show you close earlier or get some more help.
