Extremely rude lady working here!!!! I got charged extra for my gas after the pump finally worked and she refused to give me a refund. She then gave me a number to call for a refund that was the complete wrong number. She just wanted to waste more of my time. She then proceeded to get an attitude as I told her that the gas pumps not properly functioning is a safety issue. This gas station is just waiting for a catastrophe to happen

This place is run by a couple who are ridiculously rude, the wife being worse than the husband. I tried to pump gas and the pump didn't work, all the woman could tell me was she didn't know what I was talking about, I asked her to come look at the pump and she refused, I asked her to give me my Kroger plus 10 cent discount on another pump and she refused, I had gotten it off the pump I was trying to use and it would keep stopping every second so it was impossible to get even a gallon of gas. It's unfortunate they are in a good location for customers because they are not worth patronizing.

Very slow pump. Took about 10 minutes to get ~15 gallons. Maybe an aberration but that's v slow.

Married couple have no experience in dealing with public. Got double charged for one item, they both said i asked for it (no I am not making it up or telling a half truth). Husband started the intimidation tactics, talking loudly etc.. This place is a trap, 1st time no problem second time wife got confused due to the volume of lotto players. They don't have the tools to talk with the public or experience to own a buisness. Another 7 11 gas station is on libbie. Just make a left on Libbie if you're heading west (away from the city) and it's on your left about 1 to 2 miles. The Libbie gas station has employees experienced enough to run the equipment in the store buisness. This place was like trying to talk with a puddle of mud, absolutely invigoratingðŸ˜. Owners attitude may have been developed by the neighborhood clientele who knows? Got to wonder why people say and act the way the do.
