I had a piece of metal in my tire and left my vehicle there for a tire repair or replacement in the morning. When I returned in the afternoon, they told me there was no issue. My tire pressure was low when I got in my vehicle. When they found the metal it was too late to get a tire so I had to drive my rental back to Northern Virginia and come back the next day to get my vehicle. I had to complain to several people before a manager addressed my issue. I had to ask them to credit me for the rental fee of $45, which they did. The service and customer service was not good.

Thank you sheehy and ford for ruining yet another weekend when I was supposed to be camping and this one is a holiday weekend but yet you still haven’t fixed my truck that has been there now for 18 days with a software issue!!!! No one seems to want to assist me in making this issue easier for me so maybe this review will get some attention!

Edit: I meant for the 4 star review to go to Ford Lincoln, not Ford Richmond. Ford Richmond would get a 0/5 if I was allowed.
Ford Lincoln diagnosed my car in a day or two, compared to the TWO WEEKS Ford Lexus on Midlothian took to NOT give me a diagnosis and just shrugged their shoulders. I appreciate the professionalism that Ford LINCOLN on WEST BROAD STREET had in examining my vehicle and in communicating with me about what the issue was. If you have issues with your Ford, come here!! DON'T GO TO THE MIDLOTHIAN LOCATION, trying to get information from them about what was going on with my car was like pulling teeth. They are on a high level of foolishness. How are you going to take 2 weeks to not diagnose someone's car and then also not give them the option to rent a vehicle. I had to uber and get rides to work smh

Excellent service. Back again after purchasing a new F150 and had some difficulty with the boxlin and getting the windows tinted. Kevin and Dan were superhelpful and came out in 100 degree day and installed the links. Thank you Kevin,Dan, and The Sheehy team. Adding to the review 3 Yeats later. Sheehy is still the best dealer I have worked with. We ordered a 25 Explorer ST. Our sales person Sandy was amazing and communicated regularly from our order date to delivery, even picked us up in he personal vehicle to finalize the purchase. Always treated fairly and kindly. Work done well. This time I asked for as much speed of service as possible and they obliged me so kindly. Earlier they had (service and parts) helped set me up to get a flat tire replaced, and that was great at a stressful time. Thank you!!

Fast and friendly service. Fixed some recall issues and changed my oil. The forgot to update the mileage sticker though.
