We recently purchased a new vehicle at Sheehy Ford and couldn't be any more pleased with the outside customer service we recieved from Carlos and Wes. They are true professionals and really understand how to support the customer without being overbearing. We will be back for our next purchase!!!

My most recent purchase was the most prepared and straightforward car buying experience I have had. Sandy had everything prepared and ready. Sheehy dealership also was willing to manage some things from the order I expected to be taken away. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I miss the Whitten family service, but if you get Chris in the service department he will keep you posted on the status of your car. Others in the service department seem to be a bit disorganized. I had to have my Lincoln towed in. The sales manager tried to talk me into trading my car or buying another car. When we were finally able to talk to Chris, the diagnostic revealed that the car needed a sensor and one other part. Be sure to ask for Chris in the service department.

Finally got my Maverick in for the recall after months of getting the run around. After I picked my truck up I noticed the dash was lop sided, the speaker covers were bowing and the passenger side seal was hanging loose. I immediately took the truck back and they fixed it but left scuff marks on both sides of my dash. They never apologized for the inconvenience either. Sheehy has the worst service I have ever seen. I would not use them but I purchased the VIP club membership with the truck. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Good customer service. James Vance is an awesome sales person. There was a problem with my transaction, he and the team work to correct the problem. Everyday, I was getting an update. I am very happy with the sales staff, the service and my truck.Try the coffee, really good.

It was an excellent experience getting our dream car. 2024 Mustang GT Premium. Kudos to Mr. Rex walking us through from the day one we signed and delivering the car. Rex kept us updating the status and it was very smooth on delivery day that includes the finance paperwork. I would definitely recommend Sheehy Ford-Richmond

Mike is the MAN!!! I was speaking with several Ford dealers and Mike was the only Sales Consultant to respond quickly, professionally, and answer my questions without hesitation. He took his time showing me the vehicle and on the test drive. Dino was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help me with my purchase as well. Niki in finance was fantastic! She took the time to explain the paperwork as well as show me the different options to protect my vehicle and make my ownership experience worry free! I could not be happier with the customer service I received as well as the follow up to make sure I am loving my truck!
