I will never come to this shop if it was the last shop in VA! Very disrespectful. Was given a 3:30 appointment for an inspection, and got here and all the mechanics were gone. Waited patiently and when they did return no apology or even hello. Told me 2 of my tires were bad which they were not, so left an had my original Lexus rims mounted and was back in 30 minutes just to be told their inspection machine was acting up. again waited patiently for an hour just to be told come back tomorrow. Place is so disorganized its a shame.
Response from the owner is not true. I waited there 40 minutes starting off the back before you even acknowledged me out side of could I move me car!!!! My review is on the right page! Sorry bro you were RUDE! Maybe having a bad day, but never the less RUDE. The prior shop failed my car because he said they were two big and rubbing. Posting my tires and anyone can clearly see nothing wrong with them. Even with your system down when I came back after changing the tires was rude and how you told me! "our system down take your car somewhere else. Nothing I can do about the system!!!!" as if I was the one who broke the system. And NEVER ONCE AN APOLOGY for the inconvenience. SO I'm not going to say you don't do work because I don't know. What i do know is you were rude as hell with me and very unprofessional. I a dude Bro do you think I enjoy spending time writing bad reviews. AND if you want to be honest asked the lady you work with how you came off at me, because I could see in her face she saw it too. You sucked that day Bro...Sorry
