My engagement ring needed to be remade as it had literally cracked apart. Scot at Schwartschild was extremely informative and also worked with my homeowners insurance to provide them with all the necessary information and documentation. He kept me up to date on all details and was always available for any questions or concerns. The ring came out beautifully. It looked so much better than before! I highly recommend this store and will be using it exclusively for all my jewelry needs.

My wife and I got our wedding bands at Schwartzchild Jewelers and had a great experience! Scot made the selection process really easy and was extremely helpful and courteous. They really put forth a great effort into enhancing the experience beyond just a purchase and helped us celebrate our milestone with them. Would strongly recommend this jeweler to anyone!

This is a fantastic store. I recently visited for a watch adjustment. It was my first time at this beautiful new Carytown location. They were welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a quick visit and easy to find parking.

I have been a customer with Scwarchild as long as I can remember. Shopping with my dad for my mother’s jewelry is one of my fondest memories. As an adult, I have shopped with the team at Scwarzchild for years. I have purchased jewelry and timepieces to commemorate many of life’s milestones. Scot Herzoff is one of the most professional, patient, and hospitable people in the business. He truly care for his guests, and always goes the extra mile for them. A true professional, and I am very grateful to work with him. Thanks for the years of fantastic service.

What a pleasure this place is! Brought in a bunch of my favorite pieces for repair, and not only did I get to experience Danny’s attentive customer service, but I also paid far less than I’d imagined for the jeweler, Holt’s, truly beautiful work. Left another pair of earrings for repair, knowing they’ll once again be gorgeous when they’re ready. Already have my eye on a few new pieces, too—their pearls are stunning!

Great customer service - I stopped by one evening to get a quote on a necklace chain repair. Scott told me he could take care of it right then and had it out to me within ten minutes looking good as new! So happy to have the necklace back and would definitely go back if I needed anything else!

Scot was so helpful and so friendly! I stopped in to Schwarzschild Jewelers to have my fiancés wedding band engraved about 2 weeks prior to our wedding and they were able to engrave the ring within 24 hours at such a reasonable price! Will be coming back for any engraving needs or repairs!

Excellent and timely jewelry repair! Schwarzschild Jewelers was able to fix two broken gold chains within 24 hours while I was visiting Richmond from out of state. I was so happy to have my necklaces back the next day after bringing them in before I went back home. Also a great price for fixing both chains! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall excellent experience. 10/10 would recommend. ?

Andrea at Schwarzschild worked with us to design both of our wedding bands. She also helped me repurpose my grandmothers’ pearl necklaces into a bracelet and earrings for my wedding. She did an incredible job!!! Highly, highly recommend. For any jewelry you are envisioning, go to Schwarzschild! They’ll help you design your pieces exactly the way you want them :) Andrea worked through several iterations with us until our pieces were perfect!!
