0 stars !!!!! Super super disappointed with the customer service at this location ! I came in to look for a gift and was not helped at all ! From the perfume counter , handbags, nor women’s shoe section. I got stared at , no hello , no assistance what so ever ! I’ve never experienced anything like this at a “ luxury “ store. I will not be returning back to this location and that’s sad considering Richmond doesn’t have any high end stores smh.

If 0 stars were an option, I'd pick that. I scheduled an appointment with a beauty consultant a week in advance. The confirmation email said to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time. I arrived early but the store was still closed so I waited outside in the cold for 10 minutes. Upon entering, I asked the man unlocking the doors (presumably the manager) where I needed to go for my appointment. He said any of the ladies at the beauty counter could assist. I approached the lady and told her I had an appointment and showed her the email, and explained what I was there for. She had never heard of appointments being offered but said she could help. I told her I wanted to find the right foundation that worked for my skin and skintone. She didn't ask me any questions to understand my skin and immediately said how about Chanel? I asked why she picked that one to start without understanding my concerns or my skin type, and she said I don't know, maybe you want Chanel. I told her this already wasn't right for me. I picked Saks because i wanted to find highly trained cosmetic professionals that could guide me, rather than someone just picking a brand to push. I already knew this wasn't going to work if she didn't want to even ask me about what I needed or anything about my skin. I tried to call to talk to the manager to see if they have someone better trained or even how they take appointments but no one seems to know about them. The automated answering service doesn't even give you the option to speak with anyone at the store, just about your credit cards or placing an order. This was a bad experience and not in line with their brand reputation.

I enjoy shopping here. Mike in Mens, Rick in women shoes and Fatima in fragrances are my go to. They take very good care of me. I enjoy the shopping experience here.

I felt like Julia Robert's in Pretty Woman. I was shopping and the salespeople rolled eyes, and wouldn't talk to me. Thanks I'll Def be staying away.

I’ve shopped a lot at Saks. More for my husband than myself. Richmond doesn’t have a lot of stores like Saks but the customer service is superb. I have shopped at Saks in different states and they offer a more tailored experience with beverages offered, however the service is still top notch. It’s better to go in looking like money than not if you want faster service.

Aaaahhhh, great vibes it's giving "RICH" vibes. Had a great experience shopping around. The staff was so knowledgeable & friendly. Willing to go the xtra mile to make sure all my questions were answered. Such a beautiful ambiance. The fitting room is set up for try-ons. The restroom? is so classy, like a little get-away? and also well stocked and clean. Can't wait 2 return when I have more browsing time. Even had great sales and clearance sections.

I was just there with my daughter to do a makeup return and had my receipt and was treated so rude that I couldn't believe it .. Patsy was the first person I had to act like she didn't know anything and then there's an Asian lady that had severe poor training skills and was saying she hadn't had lunch and they both need to be fired immediately .. If I knew this I'd never spend my money there .. it's obvious they don't like black people and I only saw black people their buying.. like literally they were having temper tantrums about nothing!!!

-0 stars I should have researched this company before I placed my order, everything in the reviews are true, customer service is horrible no one is on the same page. They tell you they can’t track an order if it was placed in the store, and you have to call the store. One rep today said she would send a email regarding our conversation still nothing and a gift card for the inconvenience. Just horrible customer service. And they don’t tell the truth just bs you.

I used to enjoy going to Saks. The selection is very scarce now. There are only a few items in each department. Unless it perfumes or colognes I will shop Saks online.
