Absolutely a wonderful place. Been taking my daughter here since she was 7 months and now at 15 months, she's still one happy camper. She LOVES Mrs. Sarah who is so engaging, patient, you can tell she loves what she does-she's absolutely great with kids!!! Michele at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and I really wish I remembered everyone else's names as we've only had positive experiences! Being a member with unlimited open play has been a life saver to my little energizer bunny and you get to meet so many parents and their little ones too, it's great to see them learn how to share, interact, and know you're not alone in the wonderful struggle!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!The worst place to have a kid's party. I had my first born (1 year old) birthday party here and they advertise to help you setup and only help you set up for 10 minutes. I didn't get to enjoy my child's first birthday because they didn't finish the set up and didn't know what to do with the kids. They didn't read the form that I filled out about the color plates etc. The experience was rushed and not as advertised. They then charged me an extra $50 for going over the time when the "MANAGER" offered to extend the time and never mentioned a $50 fee. I have been patient and they still have not refunded the fee after saying they will multiple times. This place sucks! Worst experience and it is not worth $350-$400 for and hr and a half.

I've been trying to contact the owner for almost a month now regarding an alleged physical altercation involving my child at the Midlothian location over the summer. Since I was unaware of the incident, I asked for an incident report on October 6th when I spoke with her on the phone, but she hasn't responded to my several phone calls, texts, or emails since.Hopefully she sees this and will contact me shortly.

Still waiting on the owner to return my phone calls, text messages, and emails about an alleged altercation involving my child that happened over the summer at the Midlothian location that I was not made aware of until the end of September. Have not heard from owner since October 6th, but my previous comments on the sponsored Facebook ads rom 2 days ago have since been deleted. Such a shame, my child enjoyed coming to events, but staff has grossly mishandled an issue that could've been resolved by producing an incident report and informing parents.

Fun for young kiddos. My kid enjoys it. Cons- not all parents wear socks or foot coverings.Trampoline needs more padding around edges for safety with the littles.Otherwise, great!

I absolutely love taking my 5-year-old and 2-year-old here for classes! It's the perfect place to go when the weather outside is hot or rainy, or even when the weather outside is perfect but you want your kid to partake in an enriching activity! I think what they do at Romp n' Roll is a great soft introduction to a preschool/daycare/school-like environment. My 2-year-old has really opened up a lot during group activities since beginning to participate in classes here. My 5-year-old has been able to have a lot of fun, stay active on bad weather days, and play with friends his age this summer because of his classes at Romp n' Roll. The facility is really clean, and the staff are super friendly, fun, and personable. In my opinion, what you get for the price you pay is an excellent deal -- easily one of the best investments you can make for your young child! I'm excited to try the Parent's Morning/Night Out service that they offer sometime soon as well.

We love Romp n' Roll! This is one of the only indoor facilities that we have found where there is consistently age appropriate, physical activities that meet all of my 18 month olds climbing and exploring needs! She always has a blast at Romp n' Roll! It is also always clean, and they have a great cap on the amount of people allowed to attend. We definitely recommend Romp n' Roll!

I don't know what I would do without Romp n Roll and all the lovely ladies there. All of the classes and instructors do an amazing job with the kiddos. Our absolute favorite is Ms. Teresa. She is wonderful and makes me want to be a kid again just to take her classes!

We’re in town for a few weeks visiting family and my 4 year old was really in need of a structured activity with other kids. Our first couple of weeks were really rough with missing her friends and her school, but then we found Romp N Roll’s spring camps. They fit the bill perfectly, and she has had a wonderful time. Now she’s telling me she doesn’t want to go home because there’s no Romp N Roll there!

I took my 13 month old son here to visit and wow I loved it. I did the free trial for a day for $10 to see how I liked it. Honestly it exceeded my expectations. Very clean place. All foam flooring. The only thing I would've preferred to make things perfect would be to have some toys or something for babies to interact with. My son got bored quickly because he can't walk or get into the equipment without help so all he can do is crawl around. Maybe some sensory things out for babies to find and explore. This would've made me get a membership but since it didn't I'm still on the hunt for another indoor play place.

Ms Mel was AWESOME with our daughter and the staff was amazing as well. We felt so welcomed the minute we walked in the door. The class was so great and was extremely well instructed. We will definitely be coming back weekly!

My 2yr old twin girls were going here for the winter camp program. Initially I loved this for them. Everything was going great. Then small things began to bother me. First, my daughters are fraternal twins and instead of actually looking at them they were distinguished by their hairstyle which I found a bit disturbing. Second, 1 of the twins on two seperate occasions( but in the same week) diaper was left soaking wet, I mean, through her jeans. Third, it was reported that my baby doesn't have on her listening ears. Uhh, they're two years old. I personally feel that statements like that shouldn't be made about young toddlers at a place that is supposed to work with and be able to understand the developmental stages of this age group. If you're going to care for two yr olds expect that they won't always have on their "listening ears". Lastly, I seen a male instructor there. When I mentioned that I didn't want him changing my baby girls diapers.I was told that he wouldn't but he was a teddy bear, and that the doors are left open during changing. This made me super uncomfortable. And because of this response I was not fully reassured that my request would be honered especially since my babies can't communicate well yet. Unfortunately this ended up not being a great fit for us.
