My husband and I have been here several times. Each time we are not greeted. We are not asked if we need assistance. We are not given a fitting room. While “others” around us are catered to. Not to mention their selection is subpar anyway. We’ve seen the same items in there each of the 3 times (months apart) that we’ve visited. So that tells you all you need to know.

Beautiful selection of clothing, handbags, and shoes. Very unique designers. Refreshing to go somewhere that has items you don’t find everyday. Lots of platform slides to choose from. Friendly salespeople too!

Walked in this afternoon for the first time and was immediately greeted with a smile by an awesome sales associate who helped me pick out a pair of shoes! The staff was so sweet and attentive.

Well-curated selection of designer clothing, plus a special area for consignment/vintage apparel. I was looking for a few new things for fall and happened upon Roan after visiting another shop nearby. The owner was pleasant enough, but I got a distinct "what are you doing here" vibe from the staff. I wasn't dressed very well, but looks can be deceiving. I'm not young or thin enough for most of what they sell, but the next time I have a hankering for an $800 sweater, I'll look elsewhere.

I buy all of my dresses for any occasion from Edina, and we don’t even live in Virginia. She is able to pick the most beautiful pieces for my closest without me being there. This store has some of the best designers and most unique pieces. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Build a relationship with the staff, and they will become friends and builders of a beautiful wardrobe.

When I walked in I thought it was a thrift/consignment store because of the smell! Old, musty and really funky! It’s hard to justify spending money in a store that can’t at least smell good. Invest in air purifiers and have some serious professional cleaning done- GROSS!

I was in this store this past Saturday and while 2 employees were there working they did not bother to speak at all. Luckily, Hank walked up from the back and he greeted me with a smile and offered assistance. By the time I went to pay as I purchased some jeans their employee Xander just gave us the side eye the entire time and never said one word the entire transaction. If racial profiling was a person it would be her. It is 2021 and the way she made us feel was completely unacceptable as I was a customer spending money in their store that essentially gets her paid. I planned to return to buy some Christian Louboutins and I pray she is not working otherwise I will just order them via Saks. By the way Hank was amzing, however Xander treatment towards us overshadowed that.

Amazing selection of gorgeous clothes and great customer service. The best clothing store in Richmond with Unique brands and high quality. They also have an excellent consignment section. Ive purchased several items there and am always thrilled when I pull them out of my closet.
