My husband and I were in an automobile accident on June 8 in Richmond, Virginia. Geico sent our vehicle to Hendrick collision on July 13, 2024. We received an estimate from the collision center with stating the repaired length was approximately 21 days. It has now been 10 weeks. The Hendrick collision center will NOT give us an end date on when these repairs will be complete. We are extremely frustrated, half the time nobody will answer their phone and the other half of the time nobody will give us a straight answer. If anyone can help with this, please advise thank you very much.

Excellent repairs. My Escape looks like the day I drove it out of Sheehy Ford. A big shout out to Kendal Hollis, the Estimator who oversaw everything. You are an “11” out of “10”. 6 Stars!!! While I hope I never have to, if I ever need collision repairs in the future, Hendrick is the place I would definitely go back to. And make sure to request Kendal. Thanks to everyone at Hendrick.

Highly recommend. I mistakenly showed up a week early for my appointment, they took it in anyway. They had it repaired perfectly in a week. Kendall did our estimate, and she surprised me with her knowledge. I've been dealing with another shop since January on my daughters car, sure wish I had brought it here.

Mr. Mitch Miracle and his staff/technicians did amazing work to repair my vehicle!!! Everything was perfect and if there was anything, even minor, he will bend over backward to make you happy!!!

Hendricks collision had my car for a month. We were told it would take 2 weeks tops. We were also told the grill would be replaced, the hood replaced and a few other pieces after a minor front collision and this is how they returned it to us. It still is cracked and now has a bubble. We were told the car would be ready a total of 3 different dates and none of the dates as promised were fulfilled. After we questioned why we were being told so many dates we were told they were hurry as quickly as possibly without sacrificing quality but that was also a lie. I don’t recommend this shop at all.

Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful!! They had everything ready before we even brought in our vehicle. They handled everything with the insurance and made a stressful situation smooth and SO SIMPLE!! We go out of our way to bring our vehicles here. What a top notch collision department!! Thank you for always treating us as a priority!!

Nice people. Had a claim through Gieco and they helped move it forward to the service center (had my catalytic converter stolen). Promptly answered my texts and was very polite throughout the whole process. Clean my exterior of the car for free too which was a really nice touch.

Work on my 2021 Camaro ZL1 was absolutely flawless! Severe damage was done to my passenger door and had to be replaced and repainted, but Hendrick Collision did a stellar job, not only with the actual work, but guided me on coordinating the rental too. All of the staff were super friendly, informative and helpful in every step of the process. I could not have been happier with their services! Thanks to Johnny and the entire Hendrick Collision team!

I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the work that was done on my ford focus kendal did an excellent job of keeping me informed with updated details while my car was there for repairs I was expecting it to take a lot longer then it did my car was in and out and everything was back to looking brand new I recommend using this collision center for any vehicle you own
