I had to stop in an emergency situation for a new battery! These folks were efficient, friendly, and simply delightful! Replaced my battery and checked out my alternator (which was fine) and sent me on the rest of my journey home to Florida.

I've purchased vehicles from dealerships around the country and have never had as many issues as I've had with this dealership. I gave 2 stars because I like the truck I purchased, but I wouldn't recommend coming here. "Jazz" is not to be trusted and they don't do proper state inspections. Beware!

I had bought a 2020 **** Escape Titanium brand new. The *** system in the car continued to give me a warning light for service. Once within 6 months of buying the car. Then in the later part of 2022 I had the car in for service 3 times in 5 months. I should have filed a lemon complaint. **** knew this was an issue with the Escape which was documented but no recall was ever implemented. I traded the Escape for a used 2020 Expedition at an increased interest rate because I was upside down on the loan. I have had the Expedition for one year and only put on ***** miles. **** it in for service and to be inspected. I was given a $2300 dollar recommendation that all my tires should be replaced, my front brakes to be replaced along with a brake line flush, and the typical sire filter and windshield wiper blade replacement. The sold me a vehicle that was not properly gone over before they resold the vehicle. What other unseen problems are still pending. Also with the increased interest rate I was told to make a few payments and go back to **** to have it refinanced. Only one problem, **** will not refinance but have some other plan that I havent looked into as of yet. I should have turned down this deal and went after them about my Escape. I trusted them and they took me.

I always get 5 star service when I go to get "The Works Oulchange", but this day I went I went for an oil change and to have all my fluids topped off. I get home to check to find out that my fluids weren't topped off at all. I always make an appointment with the same service person, but he wasn't available. I guess that's what happen when I go with somebody different and they think a women don't check her vehicle!!

I have to say, after being treated like dirt at Sheehy Ford Service, my experience at Richmond Ford was a real pleasure. They actually looked up when I came in and instantly said "can we help you?" Never happened at Sheehy.Make an appointment for an inspection at Sheehy, told them I was waiting, and seven hours later they hadn't gotten to it. "we're busy." Well, then why did I have an appointment? I'm going back with my Explorer to Richmond Ford from now on.

I bought my **** **** ***** in 2015 brand new and it has been a horrible car from the beginning, but what is even worse is the customer service within **** ***** *******. I feel as if I am handed off to other employees because people at the time don’t feel like my issues and or concerns are not important. My transmission has been fixed 3 times (recall on the transmission) and ALSO several other things have gone wrong within the vehicle as well. Most recently, I was on the interstate leaving my clinical rotation and my car completely locked up going at least 70 mph and the computer system within the vehicle completely crashed... saying “key not detected”. I had 0 control over the vehicle, swerving in traffic and almost was in a serious accident that could have been deadly. I took my car in for service and I expressed how angry I was and also how they needed to do something as a company to make things right. My car is not drivable and is a HUGE liability... I was told by three representatives at Ford (Jeff, Brad and Dino) that if I were wishing to pursue a buy back (which I was) I would need to contact Corporate Ford and begin the process. Per Dino, “it may take several weeks to a month” but it will be worth it. IN FACT, surprise surprise... they lied. Somehow my car didn’t qualify for a buy back which is shocking to me... But they also didn’t even have the authority to tell me that because they didn’t even know it would actually qualify or not themselves!!! They wanted me out of their hair and was trying to do anything possible to make me happy enough to leave. Corporate Ford is filing a complaint against them... They also provided me with the # to BBB, Ford Consumer Affairs and DPS Class Action Settlement. I was even advised that some customers get attorneys to move forward and that it wouldn’t hurt to do so. Ford is an absolutely awful company and instead of doing the right thing and providing me with a different vehicle... they would rather me drive AN UNSAFE ONE putting myself at risk. I guess it’s okay since they aren’t driving it... And it’s not their problem but I 100% will make it their problem.... Read More

They are just the worst!!!! I wish there was a minus 10 stars option. It took them a WEEK!!!!! to make me key fobs. No communication whatsoever! It took for me to get Corp. involved for things to get moving. And they did some work on my car that I didn't consent to, just for my car to feel weird driving it after I got to pick it up at last!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost!!!

Shout out to service manager Mike Moore and service advisor Jeff Dowdy for going over and above to help me out! They listened to reason and seemed to really care about my situation. They wanted to do the right thing. The cashier ladies are also wonderful. Everyone at this service center is friendly and helpful.

This is probably the most incompetent dealership. No, not probably. It is the most incompetent. I started the buying process of a preowned vehicle a month ago. Both my sales guy, James Craft as well as the finance manager James, kept making promises they never kept, changed the numbers on a regular basis, don't communicate. When it came time to drive from NY to VA to pick up the vehicle, I went over every little detail with James Craft. He assured me that everything was fine and the vehicle would be ready for pick up. Guess what... due to their incompetence I could not pick up the car. 14 hours on the road for nothing. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business.

They had a 3 hour minimum service delay with no clear completion time. Had to leave so I wasted my time and gas money getting there. They should have notified me about the delay. Not going back.

Our story starts out sad with our beloved F150 being totaled through no fault of our own and taken from our lives :( BUT it ends with a new friend at Richmond Ford named Chris Paulk. Chris was our salesperson when we drove over an hour just to find our perfect 'new to us' used Ford truck. He was friendly as well as knowledgeable. He never pressured us or made us feel like we were being 'sold' in any way. There were just a couple times when he didn't know the answer to one of our questions and he was honest. He got us to the person who could answer the question and the deal was done. It's never easy saying good bye to a trusted member of the family especially when it was not planned (i.e. someone else hits your treasured truck with their sad Subaru and then the insurance company says it just costs too much to fix it!!) .... but after weeks of searching we found the next generation. Thanks Chris :) If you are looking for a new or used truck (or car) go check in with Chris Paulk at Richmond Ford. AND .... thanks Dino for a smooth transaction late on a Sunday!!
