I hadn't bought home office furniture in several years, so I didn't know where to start. I found Richmond Office Interiors on Google & was thrilled to know they were close by. Walked in around 10am, met Christian, who was super helpful. By 10:30 I walked out with the perfect desk chair! I found a great used chair, at a great price. My chair is very supportive, not too large, comfortable, and the right color! THANK YOU Christian and the team at Richmond Office Interiors! I will continue to recommend you to friends, family and colleagues.

I've been working from home since the pandemic hit, and my office chair from 2007 was not cutting it anymore. So this past week, I went on the hunt for a new chair to expense. My limit was $200, so I was looking for a nice chair below that price. Richmond Office Interiors is in a more industrial location just west of Scott's Addition and offers an array of used chairs. We were greeted immediately upon arriving. I mentioned I was looking for a chair with back support. The best ones they had were bright red; comfy but ugly -- a consideration for small apartment where the chair would be a statement piece. They also had a blue one that I liked quite a bit. I asked how old it was; it was from 2014 and was $190. I was hesitant based on the age and being unsure how much use its received in that time. I would've been more likely to buy it had the price been $90 less. The salesperson Christian was super nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I told him I planned to shop around before making a decision. I did opt to purchase a new chair for $173 on sale at Office Max later that day, but this is a great alternative to consider as well.

I was in the market for an office chair and they had a great selection of used chairs. The floor manager Cole pointed out the best ones on the floor and helped me find the best Steelcase Amia that was available. He helped me clean it off and get it out the door for an extremely reasonable price. Will recommend to others!

From the start I had some inquiries on an office solution. Christian was patient and showed me what was available via email and phone. My office space wouldn’t allow for some of the typical furniture. I ended up going a different route and came up with my own design and built it. I am rating 5 stars because emails were prompt, phone conversation was pleasant and overall Christian was extremely professional.

Richmond Office Interiors offers very prompt service, and Christian Willaford was very responsive about coming out to our Farmville office, Piedmont Real Estate, at 102 High Street, last Monday. He currently is working on a couple of cubicle configuration proposals, and we look forward to seeing what will be offered. Getting used or refurbished cubicles in great condition will help us save a lot of money versus purchasing brand new cubicles for our new agents. It's wonderful that this company is willing to work with customers located outside the immediate Richmond area!

I was able to find a really nice office desk and some office chairs at a really reasonable price! The staff is really personable and professional. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for really nice, gently used office furniture.
