Overpriced. If these items are donated, lower your prices & move inventory.

The prices here for used items are absurd. $800 for a used chair?! You're better off using Facebook marketplace and then donating to a good cause.

Well kept, a lot of nice stuff but EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I’ve visited numerous ReStores and hands down this is one of the most expensive. Feel like they missed the mark on the purpose of a ReStore.

This place used to be amazing. Too amazing. Prices were too cheap and I'll admit I got some crazy deals, but someone took over that got a little over zealous on valuations. Meh framed artwork $50. Used kitchen cabinets $150. Dumpy sectionals $200. It's a great cause, but what used to be teeming with customers seemed a bit quiet the last time I checked in.

I enjoy walking around and checking out what they have to offer. Furniture, lights, rugs, all kinds of stuff for the houseCleaning supplies, appliances, cabinets, doors, and windows. This is a great place to find a treasure. Even if you don't buy, it's always fun to look at what's new.

Prices are absolutely crazy at this location. They usually have what I'm looking for, but it is cheaper to buy it new. I always leave empty handed wondering why I wasted so much time looking through their junk. Only this location though, others are not so bad.

Like others have stated the merchandise here is borderline unaffordable. I have been shopping at Habitat Restores for the past 15 years and seeing the transition from affordable secondhand furniture to blatant price-gouged junk is unfathomable

Huge selection but the prices are completely ridiculous and make you leave empty handed.

The prices here were ridiculous! If you're buying second hand it should be priced accordingly. For their prices I may as well go buy it brand new. (Plus isn't most of this stuff donated/reduced when they get it??) I'll give it two stars because it was very clean and organized. However, I would not recommend if you are looking to find something at an affordable price. Most of the furniture I saw was at least $200.

Prices have gotten beyond ridiculous. Many items priced ABOVE retail! Used to be a great place now its a joke unless you like paying more than new for used.

Huge selection of appliances, cabinets, mostly new, some used. Doors, windows, trim, power tools used. Some prices a good bargain and some are double what you'd pay for brand new in a retail store. Just depends on the person that decided to price the items when they come in. Take your time, scrutinize, compare, Google research while there. Bring a tape measure. Many good bargains to be found if you're selective.

I am very grateful for the team at Richmond Habitat Restore for helping me donate my couch and sofa. Christina was quick and prompt in answering my inquiry and checked in every step of the way. She really took the time to guide me through the process. Maurice & Anthony came and picked up my furniture. Two upstanding gentlemen! Very glad I chose to use Richmond Habitat
