rep (Khalid) took the time to go over everything with me. He explained everything to me about the car. And he walked me through financing as well. The finance manager was awesome he took time to work with me too and it was not a stressful process. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Richmond BMW and I will definitely be referring everyone to you. I just recently bought an x3 from Stephanie. Let me just say Stephanie was absolutely amazing and made the car buying process so easy for me. I had my 3 year old with me and Stephanie took my daughter with her to do things while I was filling out paper work and also provided her with coloring pages to entertain her. Before leaving she also sat with me in my new car and showed me all the cool things that it does! If you are looking to buy a car I would highly suggest going to Stephanie. I love my new car and I hope to purchase from her again in the future! Stephanie truly went above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted! Overall my experience with bmw of Richmond was amazing, the entire staff were super friendly. Other dealerships truly can not compare to the experience you receive at bmw of Richmond!

The visit was very professional and Stefon was very helpful. Him and the finance team helped a lot to get me into the car and, in the end, were very fair. I do travel a lot for work and on my first trip noticed a lot of alignment issues. This was surprising since the carfax showed that BMW performed an alignment, balance, and put on new tires. I did have to pay over $200 off the cuff for an alignment in a different state which I shouldn't have had to do.

I just want to give a shout out to Quentin. I couldn’t get confirmation of my car being at the dealership at all (it was towed by AAA). I couldn’t reach the service department but my man in parts answered and ran over to service to check on my car and then went out searching for it himself. He’s the only reason I’ve had peace of mind today. His rating is 5/5. I subtracted a star for not being able to reach the service center and having to invade other departments ? #GiveQuentinARaise … seriously.

Went to the dealership just to test drive a vehicle and who knew that going here I would fall in love right away. I did business with Anneliese Bull and she made me realize that I met my forever car. I absolutely loved the car and her business ethics. She is forever family in my eyes and so is Richmond BMW. I would like to share the exceptional service that I received from my sales representative Ms Anneliese Bull of BMW Richmond on Broad street. She is the most knowledgeable, caring and friendliest person you ever want to meet. She was instrumental in ensuring that I received maximum discounts on the purchase on my new BMW 6X. After the purchase of my car she delivered it to my home 50 miles away with a red bow. Prior her departure she made sure that I was familiar with my new car and connected my garage door opener to my car. Thank you Anneliese.

I was travelling from Canada to Florida and back when I had a tire failure 60 miles from Richmond. I called late in the afternoon on a Friday an talked with Thomas in service. They had a set of my OE run flats in stock and told me they could accommodate me first thing in the morning. The next morning they installed two new rear tires and did a quick inspection of my car. By 9:30 am I was back on the road. The service here is over the top and Thomas in service is not just creating satisfied customers but is creating raving fans. I felt like I was at my home BMW dealer the whole time. Thanks again.
