I question why you say in your videos to contact you first for guidance and special prices when all you did was tell me to go get the company I was leaning towards getting anyway.
Guidance? No, neither Prince OR Christian responded the ONE question I had.
Special prices? No, full price. No links given so no discount for me and no affiliate credit for you sending me to them.
What plan do I need, that's all I wanted to know. It was a question between two plans so all you had to do was respond with the plan name (2 or 3 words long).
I spent all weekend figuring out how to set everything up on my own, which is fine, but I picked the wrong plan. What a waste of time and money. All I ended up doing is upsetting my customers.
I consider this a massive failure. I needed minimal guidance and I didn't even get that. You stopped recommending Zoom a year or two ago because they left the people you referred hanging. Now you recommend them again and they STILL leave us hanging.. and so do you. You're perfect for each other.

You recommended Nextiva because of the "great customer service." The Onboarding process was complicated but we got through it. Nextiva's customer support is lousy. Problem can't be fixed--at least for the last 10 days and I have a case number because the desktop app doesn't show voicemails and can't pick them up on the office phone. Only my iphone nextiva app shows voicemails. Would not recommend them to anyone. Their AI app called Xbert is worthless since no one comes online--ever--when asked. D Long

I came across RTG from their YouTube content when I was searching for a new VOIP provider at work. The content was fresh and informative, also, Prince and crew are true subject matter experts. They are accessible, knowledgeable, and presented several options, then got us a great discount from the eventual provider.Even a year after they connected us with a provider, any emails have a response quickly with good information and something I can act on, what a great company to do business with!

I researched VOIP phone systems myself. In that process, I came across impressive videos by Rich Technology Group. I was happy contacting them to get my questions answered and have some assurance that the choice I made to use Ring Central was the best choice for me.I went to RTG's website, a pop up window appeared which said "Send us a message." I filled out the form and waited, and waited, and waited. No message back and I did not know what to expect next. I guessed someone would email me.It took days before getting an email. From that, I was able to set up a phone call which again took several days. After that call, they were going to have someone from Ring Central email me and set up an appointment. That was over 31 hours ago and I still have no email and no appointment. Another delay.Over a week has gone by which caused me delays for myself, and people working on projects where we are all being held up waiting on my new business phone number. These delays cost me money and I am still waiting. I should have just gone to Ring Central directly instead of going through RTG which is what I will do tomorrow since it is now 5:29 PM on Thursday evening.

We are a small manufacturing company. Rich Technology Group videos really allowed us to learn and understand Voip technology. I highly recommend giving them a call so that you will end up with the best solution. You will save time, receive the options you want and get a better deal at no extra cost. They have all the answers particularly if you are switching to Voip for the first time.

Pros- Friendly customer service- Quick responder- Vast knowledge about the VoIP industryCons- Not attentive to the crucial details in our emailed correspondences. Phone communication seemed to be best.In our case, we ended up with a VoIP service that did not meet our company’s needs. For future RTG clients, please reconfirm with him that every feature your business requires is actually in the VoIP package he is recommending.Owner Response:Excellent job, Prince; you responded quickly, as usual! You can rest assured that this a laminate review. I can forward any bcc correspondences, from RTG to our business, to Google if they need to authenticate my comments. I work for an LLC that you recently assisted in selecting a VoIP provider late last month and into this month. It took our CEO almost a month to fully sign on with the VoIP provider. Unfortunately, due to inadequate features available in our license, we ended up canceling the service. We were even kind enough to email you about the cancellation before doing so. RTG provided terrific service, I do not deny that, but there is always room for improvement.Thanks again for your great service!
