Our fridge has compressor issues and it will be several weeks until they can get out to service it. Mario helped us get a short term rental fridge the same day we called him. He was friendly and thorough. The contract was easy to read and explained each section. The delivery guys came out that night and were prompt and professional. Pleasantly surprised with the whole process since I had heard negative things about appliance rental places.

They will throw late fee on payment, then call you to collect their payment. I made a promise, they did not call me and speak with me on day of for an on time payment. But proceeded to dial out until in contact with somone once late fee is assessed. Horrible customer service. We did make payment with late fee by the way. First time happening, and the company shows no understanding. AND even if payment was collected on Saturday it would not have processed until Monday. Please improve.
