Had state inspections and oil changes on both cars at the end of the month. Brandon and his team did quality work and were honest about the turnaround time. We will be back for future work.

The guy that answers the phone is a huge jerk. My step-dad (when he was alive) dealt with Jeter (sp?) the first owner for many years. I had them work on my VW a couple of times but He was in the hospital and the guy that was running things (the same guy who answers the phone) was always mad & unpleasant to deal with so I stopped going there. I just called back there (mostly to see if the boss had recovered and who was still running things) and that same guy answered the phone and before I could even ask a few questions he accused me of being the villain & hung up on me. What a shame. He is running that nice man's business into the ground and tarnishing his reputation with it. SMH 1 star.

I was leaving work and realized I had a flat tire. Regency was just down the road, and it was after 4 p.m. I told the mechanic what was going on. He graciously plugged my tire so I could make it home, 1 1/2 hour drive. He was very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved that he fixed my tire.Once again, thank you so much!

Hands down the worst place of business I've ever experienced. Went in for an inspection and oil change.They broke a part of my dashboard when they had no business messing with it in the first place. Apparently i also have a leak in my fornt end suspension which was not there before. He gave me smart remakes when i first entered but i brushed them off . Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupid and I did it on purpose.Then threatens to call the police because I started to get irritated when I peeped his game. If I could give -5 Stars, it still wouldn't be enough. I do not recommend them for anything

Very honest business! I brought my car there to get the brake pads replaced because another auto repair shop told me that the pads are low and need to be replaced. Turned out that the pads are still good for at least a year. They do not exaggerate or make "suggestion" to repair cars if not necessary. The business honesty and integrity are now especially hard to find in the auto repair service industry and I appreciate the no-filtering advice. Brian, you just got a new customer and I have just found a new go to place for my car service needs. Just a few lines to show my appreciation.
