One of the best shoe buying experiences I've had. The staff were attentive and provided excellent help in selecting the best boot for me. Highly recommend getting your boots here because they have the technology and experience to make sure you'll be properly fit.

Expensive materials, but worth the investment. I had red wing king boots for 2 years and took care of them since. They even had strong, yet pricey socks, soles, steel-toe protectors, and even the boots themselves. I still use them after my job changed so those boots are still worth it.

I must say the attention to customer service is amazing. 2 employees that stood out the most are Max Cole and Mitchell Killian at the Midlothian Turnpike VA 23235 RedWing location. They even knew the the company’s history which was amazing. Well done guys.

I recently purchased a pair of Irish Setter boots. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a long long time. I was greeted at the door. Dee and Hunter listened to my needs, measured my feet using high tech equipment, then methodically tried different sizes and inserts until my boots fit perfectly. I’ve had mine for 3 weeks now and I love them. Did I mention the free after sale services provided. Do yourself a favor. Go to Red Wing on Midlothian.

Dee at the midlothian crossing Va location was awesome at her work. Great customer service from the other staff too. Got me feet dialed in with the fancy ma chine. Dee helped me pick the right boot for work and was patient when I was goin back n forth on sizes haha. I'll definitely be back and recommend this store. Thank you Dee and Red Wing team!

YOU GOTTA HAVE THE RIGHT SHOES ON YOUR FEET!!! Stopped here even though my company no longer has a shoe program with them. The rep provided great service. I informed him my feet were in pain for last couple of months. Someone advised me to buy the right safety shoes. I had my measurements done with their technology and they found me the right shoe. I definitely don't advise purchasing any old shoe online...you gonna be on your feet at your job for extended periods, YOU NEED THE RIGHT SHOE!!! The rep gave me a discount in the end so I appreciate it. Will be coming back.

I love the red wing store on Midlothian Turnpike Curtis Cowherd was my shoe salesman how lucky you are to have such a great gentleman working at your store he was so kind patient helping me try on six different pair of boots and figure out which one made my feet feel the best . I can’t wait for my new boots that ordered to come in, my feet have never felt so good I want and buy another pair of shoes and some more inserts that make my feet better than any boot I’ve tried ever !!! Curtis fitted my feet perfectly Because of his knowledge and helping me get my proper fit, I’m a very satisfied customer. Can’t wait to go back to buy several more of shoes. Also was greeted by By Leyah & Mitchell you are lucky to have such good employees. I was in the store past closing time your staff was very helpful in answering all my questions for my purchase of boots. Every person that came in was very happy and satisfied with y’all service is outstanding at your store, made me feel like I was special!! Saleswoman, Tish, knows the boots very well. Quickly got my size verified with the scanner machine, tried on my preferred boot with supports, and out the door. Red Wings are the only boots I wear and this Red Wing store meets my expectations.
