“We live about 1 1/2 hours away from Richmond, so when it came time to sell our house there, we asked around. Corby came highly recommended by a neighbor. In our first meeting, he asked more questions than he made statements. He shared some ideas on pricing, and preparation and then left us to make a decision. On our second meeting he presented his pricing and supported his recommendation with logic, and a vast knowledge of the neighborhood. We held off advertising the house for about 2 weeks while we got the house ready. During that time, Corby met with contractors, landscapers, photographers and stagers. He made recommendations on what to do and offered to find people to do the work. Then he advertised on a Thursday and we had competing offers by Sunday with a contract on Tuesday. Corby did everything he said he would do and a whole lot more. His service continued in helping us get the details handled. In the end, he priced higher than other agents suggested, and got a contract significantly over asking price. I highly recommend Corby HIcks.”
