Such great affordable fashions. The staff greeted me upon arrival. Children's fashion so precious . Definitely a staple in the Downtown community. They use to keep my baby girl so fly. Now she's all grown up & I'm peeking @ things for my granddaughter & they Definitely didn't disappoint.

I'm just start off by saying THIS is one work place that Got Alot of things going on behind the fence. it's the district manager Vivian she's very unprofessionally ruled unconsiderate need more training on how to talk to people in the work place. Listen to both sides and NOT just one and needs to hear both sides before judging someone off of what someone else said. Then she made a statement saying that if I call customer service I'm really pushing it so tomorrow morning I will be on the phone with customer service cuz I love to push it you will not talk to me with no respect at all..it's always someone higher then district manager Vivian .To me she is really a very big joke and needs to step down if you can't show any respect.

I can say that over the years Rainbow downtown has somewhat improved. It's near my job so it's a quick run on lunchtime. The selection has drastically changed but not to where if you're looking a quick outfit to a cookout or club. There was rarely anything suitable for work attire. To be honest it's a hit or miss when shopping here. Maybe they should ask what the people are looking for instead of having clearance sales on items that should be donated to Goodwill or trashed. I'm guessing they are still in business for their targeted customers.

I went in the store for the first time yesterday. The manager greeting me by saying “hi Queen” I was like hhhey but I need socks my feet . She said I got you. The manager and the cashier was awesome. I will come again

I must say that I have shopped at rainbow over the years but this location is quite special even though the store hours are not as convenient as the other locations the experience is top-notch. Everyone is very welcoming and it's very warm and familial when you walk in all the way through to the checkout process. The manager is a sweetheart and the staff is super welcoming and makes the shopping experience just wonderful.

“Manager” Saepreanna Matthew’s is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, the worst of the worst! I went to return a shirt and she sat at the register and tried it on, saying this is the shirt I was looking for while turning her back to me. She argued back and forth with me and was rude & extremely condensing. The place was messy and so was the staff. I think she’s mad because she’s 50+ working as a rainbow manager. Yikes. Already sent a complaint to the BBB and speaking to corporate tomorrow morning! I also have audio of her admitting “I am a nasty person” yuck

My experience was fantastic. The service was amazing, and everyone was welcoming. Saepreanna assisted us and made us feel like we had known her forever. The store is very clean as well. Great people, great deals, great atmosphere.
