Will take your money and sell you broke radios she is very rude and disrespectful I returned my pioneer head unit a month later I finally got a replacement and this head unit pioneer 1770nex is having problems on the first day she tired to charged me $65 for a system check on my car my car is not the problem on my receipt it say 1time exchange with in 30 days or original sale price but she yet to reply just got the radio 10/9/2023 and still got the receipt

i love supporting small businesses and this shop definitely makes you feel like family when you walk in! they have the best prices im town i shopped around before making my decision! i didn’t feel pressured into a sale it was a very smooth process! they also did my installation the same day! they definitely deserve 5 stars! i highly recommend this store! thank you again i will be back soon for my remote start and alarm installation!!

Best car audio store in Richmond Virginia!! Anyone that gives a bad review just has a nasty attitude I promise you the owner is very sweet and will go above and beyond for her customers! I currently own a white gmc 03 and am in the middle of doing business with raad audio Based on the past from doing business with them they are fair reasonable and will work with you on what you have to where your trying to go. I’ve read some comments or how customers been treated to customers saying they are scammers everybody situation is different I can only speak for my self all I can say is take pictures and record your vehicle before you take your vehicle in from under the hood to inside the car to the back of the car even under the car if need be and by all means keep your receipts definitely the original receipt their prices are definitely budget friendly even if there lower or higher when you look them up online either way they’ll work with you I haven’t had a problem with them yet(knocks on wood). They are good people shawng84

I came here to get my radio in amp install and rewired because I didn't have the time to do so myself my amp was cutting on and off because the power wire going to the amp was hanging on by a piece of wire I fixed it myself I asked to check out some apple carplay radios and in the middle of talking to her the guy as what radio I wanted she just pick some radio that I didn't ask for so I got charged twice for an install I also told them I wanted to get my swc to work so I needed the interface she told me the one I had coming was not a good one so I asked to get one from them and it was added to my bill now she saying they just gonna install the one I bought myself instead of installing the ones they have I also got charged for a radio antenna harness that wasn't used he ran a regular wire to the antenna everything here is over priced and they think ppl don't know anything and do to the amp not being wired right one of my sub blown will never get anything from these ppl of store again

This is the worse store ever I would recommend not to do business with these scammers, they took a $50 deposit to install my remote start and couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right software, then they wouldn’t refund my deposit and had this to say to my bank “ This customer made a purchase at my store I have attached his signed receipt! I also have a sign posted on a wallin my store showing customers that we don't do any typeof refunds we exchange only within 30 days with the original sales receipt! This customer never reached outto me they are trying to steal from my business and that is considered theft!” DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE!

I just got a amp kit installed and I didn't do my research and look at reviews before going to any place but it was temporary so I didn't bother to check but my amp isn't getting power the light won't come on at first I thought I blew a fuse on the amp or jus completely blew the box so I tried another amp, didn't work, tried another amp didn't work I tried three different amps and non of them was getting power, now I didn't go back yet and I will tomorrow to see if they can fix it but if not I better get a full refund she was talking about she gave me a discount well now I see no wonder she be giving people discounts... apparently it's a hit or miss on if her employees can do their job or not... if they fix it I'm removing this.

No answer they did put stereo in my car back in 2014 broke radio frame they charged me 250.. I try call see how much for put new amp ??

My experience here was geat..excellent customer service .very professional.got me in and out at a decent time frame..As I waited the atmosphere was comfortable..I would suggest and refer this business to anyone..this company is definitely my top 3 favorite places..

My two comments were removed because I had two yelp accounts so I'm back to keep it short & honest. 02/2021 The amp I bought from them wouldn't turn off with the car. 2hours later they fixed the issue but in the process they damaged my console in my BMW & wouldn't admit fault. 09/2021 That same amp stopped working so I had to come back to find out why. I recorded my console for before & after just incase. Waited 3hrs for them to tell me my amp wasn't powerful enough for my subwoofers even though the female owner suggested the amp. Now I need a new amp. Let the installer suggest what you need & not the owner. Also she was rude to me & she knows what she did. Hopefully she'll learn from bad reviews instead of calling me after reading reviews because she's emotional.

They make up prices as they go, nothing is labeled, I've gotten different prices each time I went in there for the same product. Depends who it is and I guess who you are. Not impressive.
