My lab tech (wish I had gotten her name) went above and beyond! When she didn't have the information she needed from my doctor to do my test, she helped me communicate to my doctor exactly what she needed and even got on the phone multiple times to help me clarify. She knew I'd taken time out of my day to get it done and made it happen! She saved the day and now I'd recommend Quest, especially this location, to anyone.

it was lunch time i had no appointment and the young lady came out saw me sitting there making an appointment and took me back and delayed her lunch. She was AWESOME!!!!

This is my first appointment with Quest. Everyone provided assistance and the appointment went smoothly. Professional staff, especially Heidi. I was so impressed with her because she was most efficient and offered her name right away. The appointment in total could not have been 20 minutes. I highly recommend this location and will return for future appointments. Many thanks to the staff at Quest.

April is a fast and efficient phlebotomist. Additionally, I had a billing issue which, though she could have just directed me to their billing department, she took ownership to get it resolved. She has a can-do attitude!

i was nervous going in due to the reviews but my experience was great. walked right in and was the only one there at 9:05 i was in my car by 9:12. the two ladies were so nice and i didn’t feel a thing she was so good. highly recommend. i didn’t have insurance so it was $600.

Unruly group of ignorant non professionals. No one working in the front of the house has a clue how to interpret or handle straight forward insurance claims. Rapidly sent a case to collections before they even understood their own mistake...now it can't be reversed. Just stay away.

Friendly and efficient. I went to this lab as a walk-in around 9:40a on a Monday morning. Computerized check-in was a breeze, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. For those who are unsure, the entrance to this lab is in the back of the brick building through the doors on the left where the "Tuckahoe Building" sign is posted.
