I had a wonderful experience with both nurses I encountered. One nurse, I think it was Ms. Hicks, went above and beyond with me when my paperwork had not been sent ahead of time. I noticed she also she was very caring with the patient with special needs before me as well. Getting Lab work is never my favorite thing, but
