Worst experience ever! I went in for a mani pedi and I was done in 30 minutes. My nails were misshaped, the edges were rough and sharp, and the nail polish didn’t cover my whole nail. My technician, Susan didn’t use any cuticle oil and basically dipped my hands in water for 10 seconds for my mani. When I said that my nails were sloppy, she filled one and said, “Better” I’ll never go back.
Oh, and while I was drying my nails I noticed almost every technician wiping, scratching, or digging in their noses. DISGUSTING!!

I've never gotten my nails done do fast- not in a good way. Less than 10 minutes.
I used to come here a few years ago, they would offer you a drink and it just felt like a nice "me time" . Today it just felt off and like they just wanted to get me out the door. I'm not going back.

I had a very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for 2 gel mani/pedis, it was a gift for my sisters birthday. When we got in, we were immediately rushed. I had my fingers and toes done at the same time and couldn't even enjoy the massage chair (which is part of why I go for a pedicure) I couldn't relax the entire time because I couldn't sit back in my chair since they were doing my fingers and toes at the same time. My sister had just her pedicure going. No manicure yet, but she wasn't getting polish on her fingers. Her massage chair didn't even work. We both picked out a chrome color. My sister was only getting color on her toes. I got color on my fingers and toes. I was rushed through mine meanwhile my sisters sitting right next to me in a massage chair that doesn't even work.. I got both my fingers and toes completely done no lotion on my arms or hands, no massage on my hands or arms. None of the usual, you know, manicure stuff... he simply did my nails and moved on.... I was finished before my sister even had polish on her toes. They moved her to get her manicure but again, she wasn't getting color. In the meantime I was sitting aside waiting for her to be finished. I had time to examine my nails and before even leaving I noticed how crappy they were. There was polish all over my skin, he completely missed a spot on my finger nail with the chrome. I said something so they would clean it up and fix the messed up spot before we left. They cleaned up my manicure but didn't properly fix the missing spot so now it looks like a bump and is clearly messed up. He finally put lotion on me only after I watched him giving my sister a hand and shoulder massage. That's when he realized he didn't do it for me. I didn't get lotion on my arms even after that and no massage. Just lotion. After all this.. he charged us $220! I asked what the price was and he said $160 for both of us... my sister didn't even get color on her fingernails how was hers the same cost as mine???? I paid without a fuss because it was part of her birthday gift. I got home and looked up how much the chrome powder was on Amazon. $6.... They charged us $20 each as an add on for the chrome!!! 4 days later.. and the top coat on my thumb is already peeling off. Ridiculous !!!! They clearly do not care about their work. I will not return and do not recommend at alll..

Emma is the BEST! Put it this way her technique is so incredibly flaws that a Gel fill will last for OVER 3 week's! I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE ???

Ok...to be fair I only came here to buy a gift card. But it was clean and had sort of a minty smell for the couple minutes I was there. And my wife really likes the place.

My nails look bad. I've never had a mani that I despise like the one I got here. I asked him to cut my cuticles and they said no. They didn't ask what shape I wanted and I told them anyways and I didn't get the shape I wanted. The color isn't what it looked like at all on the display nail and my nails are bumpy and uneven

I've been looking for a nail shop that does chrome nails! I am visiting Richmond & happened to check this place out. I went with white with chrome on top. Anna did a great job on my nails & toes. I would go again.

Received a mani/pedi with my child and our friends. Everyone was nice. And treated the girls well. I did not get what I asked for as far as the color. And I felt very rushed with my manicure. The pedicure was great. The pricing was just a bit more than I am use to when I get the same service other place. The overall experience was ok but not sure I would return for a manicure.

Nails were done pretty quick. I first got my nails done by Anna and had a great experience. They were $55. Came back for a fill in and unfortunately got a different nail technician. $50 for a Fill in, didn't cut cuticles or anything or change any tips or color on my nails just a fill in. Was disappointed at the price because I could've just had him soak off and do a different set if a fill in is $50. Price menu is very inaccurate
