I don't care what state I'm in, if there is a Publix it's always the best! It has the most friendly associates and are always willing to help with anything!

This is my favorite place to shop! It’s always clean, the deli is full of amazing food, the seafood is perfect, and the bakery puts out fantastic baked goods!

Adam in the fish/meat counter is rude and tries to intimidate customers when making requests for fish filets. He does not belong in that position. I will bypass the fish from now on. Too many other places in Richmond that sell quality fish with a smile. Which he does not have.

Love Publix. It's a little pricey but you do get very fresh and delicious food . Definitely worth.

Great store overall. Much of the employees do not speak to customers though. Store is usually stocked and you can get what you need. The only problem I have with this store is Tosha who is the store grocery manager. She is very rude. Does not speak or ever polite. Every Publix in the Richmond area has great Publix management it seems with the exception of Tosha. She really makes me not want to shop there and I cringe when I see her. Just plain rude to the point of disrespect. Honestly I would shop there more if I didn't have to see her.

Clean, fresh, fast & awesome service. Things that I value in life aren't cheap. Worth every trip, and I am always delighted with buying 1 get 1 free items!! Delicious cake!!

Organized, clean, staff always friendly and helpful (even when I’m shopping for Instacart they have patience with me)!
