Hello Publix! I would like to bring to your attention a young women in your employ named "Shea". She really came to my aide when I showed up at the store wanting to shop there and have my groceries delivered to my home. Shea handled EVERYTHING; and it was not an easy task. But she stuck with it while maintaining a calm demeanor and a very pleasant attitude. She got my order in through Instacart and I cannot thank her enough! What a phenomenal young woman; what a fantastic store. Instacart's shopping and delivery were terrible though. Too many missing items and poor substitutions in my order. They left coffee out completely! Now I will run out before Monday! Horrible service Instacart!

Publix has a good selection of fresh produce and meats as well as many other areas. The deli and prepared foods have a wide range of choices. They have a nice bakery area but are deficient in sugar-free selections. Overall their prices tend to be a little higher than some other stores. But their quality is consistently very good.

My times having too deal with the pharmacy has always been awesome...the pharmacy staff are the best that ever did/does it..they got a female added to their house now and she rocks aswell...great place to goto for honest help.

I went in to buy dinner for my 98 yrs. old mother for Mother's day at Publix Forest hill branch. I was told on the counter that there's 15 mins. wait. I agreed. After waiting for 15mins. a customer came to the counter and right there and then without waiting they gave her my wings that I been waiting for all this time and supposedly dinner for my mother for Mother's day! I politely ask where are the wings that they ask me to wait on and all looked surprised like a deer on a headlight! The lady who gave away my order knew I was waiting for it to cook and the cook at the back knew I was waiting for it because the guy at the counter asked him how long is the wait. And what get's me is they have the nerve to ask to wait again while they cook another batch! I love your store and some of your staff but you have a few incompetent people that can not do a simple task. They only have one job to do and seems like it's too difficult for them to do. I made sure the store manager know what had happened. Thank you.

Best pharmacy around. Always have my prescriptions ready early and everyone there is so nice. Went to get a tdap shot and told the pharmacist I was terrified of needles. He was so sweet and calming and did an amazing job.
