Literally walked in at 951 they open at 10 and she states we closed we full I asked for the day she said yes …service was good first time after today I will not be back

Went in this morning to get my nails and eyebrows done was not greeted by neither of the nail tech . I sat down..They took about three or four people never asked what I needed. When one of the nail tech eventually walks over and ask did I need my eyebrow done after waiting about 20 minutes .. ( mind no one greets or asks me anything She Then tells me oh I can’t do it. I got appointments how unprofessional never will be coming here again. I should’ve not given any stars

The women doing my nails who you see as soon as u walk in, that’s in front of you straight ahead literally kicked me out just bc I told her how I wanted my nails to be done. She got mad bc I told her can u file them down as they are way to thick. She paints your nails and then files them after.. who does that.. she doesn’t do the nails incorrect format at all. She literally cut all my nails off real low and filed down them down wit acrylic on them and kicked me out. That’s insane. Bad business. I never had an issue with someone who gets mad at u for telling them how u want your nails shaped ect. She was rushing my nails and expect me to like them… crazy. Now I gotta go to another nail place on a Saturday Just bc of her being mad for me telling how I want my nails to be done.Service: Acrylic nails

So I came in today thinking I was going to get my nails done but I was sadly mistanken . I googled this place because it was close to my job so I thought I’d try it out . I made appointment showed up just for the lady to tell me she don’t do natural nails . Like huhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!! I looked at her and started laughing like are you serious right now . She was dead serious smh then it was like she was rushing or trying to brush me off I’m like ok lady I got your drift let me head on out . I love the styles and thought I was going to leave out with something nice and instead I got turned over my “natural nails”. If this is they type of business you are running ma’am you might want to rethink a couple of things. This isn’t the way you treat a paying customer . Might want to teach yourself how to work on naturals. Might bring you more business :)
