Absolute Horrible Experience..I Had Scratches And Needed 4 New Tires…They Told Me My Car Was Ready For Pick Up…It Has Been Almost A Month..The Wrong Tires Were Installed And I Was Notified Today That My Car Was Not Sanded Or Buffed …How??? Karen/Keisha and Karla Are The Worst..Rude And No Empathy…No Timely Return Calls…Bad Attitudes..And Poor Service…I Would Not Recommend This Shop Or Geico As A Spokesperson..Horrible Service

Do not take your vehicle there. I had to return 4 times on my first claim of a simple bumper repair. 2nd claim another simple bumper repair and after making them rent me a car after the 2nd return, I have been back twice and now they say it's my fault that I hit a pot hole in the week before I returned it to get fixed on the 4TH trip!!!! They are incompetent and proud of it

For the most part the employees are friendly, although I did witness an altercation between 2 employees out on the showroom floor! Very long wait time for maintenance and no loaner vehicles was disappointing.

I have been a customer of Loyalty West Service for at least 7 years as I have two Camrys. Kyle the Service Manager is the best manager you have had in that time. He is informative and has an easy feel about him even though there were a number of customers there for service. The flow was such that most Managers would be flustered but not Kyle.. Every time I looked up from my seat he was satisfying another customer and I could hear their comments after Kyle left him and they were all POSITIVE!!
This guy needs to be recognized in your organization.
Good managers are hard to find and you should recognize him before someone outside your company does.

So helpful! They were very open to fixing my car whenever it worked best for me, and they communicated very clearly over the phone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a collision repair!

My worst decision of choosing Loyolty Collision Center just cause I got my new Car from Loyalty Toyota, also it was near to my office. Total fraud claim by the company just to siphon money from the insurance which will eventually impact my premiums. Robbery in daylight. Just had 2 flat tires, they claimed that wheels were damaged, suspension was compromised and ended up doing recalibration just because my front bumper had a minor scratch which was not caused due to flat tire incident..
On top of that when u pay by Credit card they will charge u another 3% .. which world are they living in.. would not recommend anyone to go here.. lost 5k due to my bad decision of choosing them.. save yourselves guys from them..

The results of the finished paint job were far better than expected. Keisha was my service writer and was exceptionally helpful and kind. If you are working with her, you have nothing to worry about. The lady at the front desk was also helpful, commutative and nice to work with. This location set me up to drop off my vehicle only a few days out and started the work promptly. My vehicle was ready for pickup within that week and I was expecting a month. I had someone back into my car that required new paint. My vehicle is a little older and is a darker color so I was worried about the new paint color not matching and standing out as the original paint was probably a bit sun faded, thinking the new paint would be darker than the rest of the car, nope. Everything looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend using this shop.

The price of repairs is totally outrageous, why spend half the value of the vehicle when I can buy another. This is why you see so many dented up vehicles on the roads.

I really did not think I would buy that white 2022 Prius with under 1000 miles on it one week before a knee replacement. I called ahead about that crazy swirly bunch of black stripes on both sides. I went there just to look. And they said the stripes could be removed and buffed out. And that is how I basically got a new car with all the new car warranties from Loyalty. Maybe that strip was to let me know this is your last chance to get a Prius that’s not made to look like a sports car and you have to duck to crawl out of it. I gave my other Prius to a family member. Once we have a Prius you keep them in good shape and add to the family.
