I called with questions about getting a raw gemstone set, and Christian was incredibly helpful in walking me through what was feasible for the stone, including consulting a gem cutter for me. Even though we ended up not being able to move forward with the project due to the limitations of the gemstone, I would recommend him for help with any unique or sentimental jewelry work. I had called a lot of places before and he was the first person willing to have an in-depth discussion about what I wanted. Gotta respect someone who is clearly passionate about their craft!

I have been taking jewelry to Christian Keener for several years. He has restrung pearls, replaced missing gems, resized bracelets, and even corrected the blackening on a David Yurman piece I had damaged. Not only is Christian an outstanding jeweler, he is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. You will not find a more friendly, skilled, and conscientious craftsman than Christian.

Came in to get a ring resized and had it back on my finger all fixed 15 minutes later. He even shined it for me! Absolutely can’t recommend enough.

If you’re debating on which jeweler to go with… please go see Christian. My fiancé purchased my ring online. It took a month to get to me, and when it arrived, a stone was missing. I was very unhappy with the service from the original seller we ordered from, so I took my piece local. I called Christian, got a call back same day. He was able to get me in an hour after we spoke, and assured me he could fix my missing stone same day. I rushed over, and to my surprise, Christian was able to show me multiple issues from the original retailer’s work. He quoted me a price, and I asked him to just fix the one stone for now, and I’d come back for the rest in 2 weeks. Not only did Christian fix my ring while I waited, he walked me through every step, and was exceptionally diligent in making sure the product I went home with was no less than perfect. When he brought my ring back to me, my stone was fixed, he had taken care of a few of the other issues for me, never charged me a cent more than we discussed, and it was shining brighter than it was when I got it brand new. He truly saved my ring, and I will absolutely be returning to have the last defect or two corrected. My fiancé & I will also both be heading directly to him when it’s time for our custom bands. As a pregnant woman, having Christian help me with this as easily as he did, and being as kind and genuine as he was… I cannot begin to thank him enough. I sincerely cried my entire drive home, because I am so thankful for the work he did & his help. So if you’re debating on a local jeweler for any needs… please please please go see Christian. He’s found a customer for life with me & my family.

Had a fantastic experience here. Christian was quick and incredibly professional, as well as kind and engaging. He laid out the options for the project I had in mind, gave his own insight on what he'd recommend and let me observe while he did some of the work. It's obvious that he has both talent and appreciation for his craft. It seemed to me he holds himself to a high standard and that he respects both the value of the items he is working on as well as the sentimentality of them. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Christian is genuine and truly cares about his craft. His experience, knowledge and advice helped to create 2 beautiful amber necklaces from my mother's earrings to share with my sister. My sister and I LOVE them!Even more impressive is the work he did to fix my mangled 32 year old custom-made engagement ring. He created a new and heartier band exactly as I had asked for to match the rest of my set and cleaned up other issues from years of other repairs. It looks like it is a brand new ring. He also worked on the 2 other rings in my set. I have received so many compliments ever since I got them back. He is honest, reliable, and wonderful to work with!

Christian did an amazing job creating this beautiful bracelet with my late mothers name on it. I never take it off so I’m always getting compliments on it. Christian also did a great job resizing a gold ring I recently purchased in Greece as well as cleaning other jewelry I had. I definitely recommend going to him!

Christian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Price is very affordable for the level of work he is providing. Very happy with the work. The chain was too big for the loop on my pendant. He was able to replace the loop. Making the whole thing come together perfectly.

Christian was absolutely amazing to me! My rope chain has been giving out on me for some time now and after a sporadic phone call, he quickly rushed to help. Within 30 minutes, he was working on my project. The entire time Christian gave me his upmost respect, integrity, honesty, and let me watch the entire experience. Chris is incredible at what he does. Came in and met us on a Saturday outside his normal work hours and worked on multiple rings for us and did a fantastic job on all of them. 10/10 would use for any other jewelry needs in the future!

I bought an engagement ring from Christian and I was blown away by the whole experience. I cannot recommend his craftsmanship or his character high enough.Christian exceeded what I could have possibly imagined when I started the ring buying process. Not only was he extremely helpful in explaining what the best bang for my budget would be, but he also allowed me to watch him assemble the ring and take videos to show my fiancée (which was arguably her favorite part). This created a unique and tailored experience for both me and my fiancée, and I have never heard of anything remotely like it from anyone else who has bought an engagement ring.Christian listened to exactly what we wanted in a ring and was able to leave both me and my fiancée extremely impressed and wowed by the final product! The ring basically blinds people in the sunlight, and we have already been complimented multiple times about the quality of the ring since we have been engaged (which has been less than a week) by just random people who we encountered by chance.I cannot thank him enough for the hard work he put into this and all the hours he spent going back and forth over text about my various ring related questions.
