Unbelievably outrageous prices. Salesperson didn't even speak as we just browsed around. There wasn't a single customer in the entire store.

Order a bed from pottery barn which took 7 months for delivery. Upon delivery the bed was missing parts and we were told we will be charged once we receive all the parts and bed assembled. After 5 months still no parts but they charged full price for the bed. Tried calling multiple times and it has to get approved by the manager's supervisor to reverse the charge. How is this legal to charge customers for partial bed??? I'm still waiting for their response. Shop at your own risk

Very disappointed in my Pottery Barn experience. Ordered a shower curtain which didn’t fit; returned it for what PB indicated would be a full refund; however PB deducted $30. Called on 3 different occasions and was told I would receive the remaining $30. Told today that the additional refund was cancelled, citing shipping cost. $30 for return shipping. Big chain ripoff!!

Purchased two items in August - parts of our order were cancelled without us knowing. Customer Service said cancel the old order and we’ll do a new order for everything to go through. No one seemed to understand one item was on back order which is why it kept getting cancelled after i put the order through with Customer Service. I am still waiting on our credit from the first order AND the delivery of the second piece from the second order. Fingers crossed we get it. Never again.

They sent the wrong size product for daughters bed, and instead of making it right or sending the correct bed they told me we should take $180 discount and be happy with it after spending $11,000 for a table some chairs, a Buffay and a canopy bed. Deliver showed up at 8 AM and told us we needed to be available when it was set for between one and four so I was not able to even be home to tell them that the bed that they brought was the wrong size and now I’ve been told except it for what it is or take another day off of work.

Do not buy from this store or any pottery barn. Promised 0% financing for 12 months. Only put part of the order on the 0% then claims they cannot do anything about it. Terrible customer service

Over priced, uninvolved sales people, uncomfortable furniture. Great place to go if you care about the name brand, but honestly, the lack of customer service sucked.

They have failed to show up for my in-home design consultation on three different occasions now. Extremely disappointing. I had hopes that someone would actually show up today. When the person was late, I called the store and was told she was held up but was on her way. After thirty minutes of waiting around, I finally called the store back. They said there was a discrepancy with my address and asked for my zip code…why didn’t someone call to confirm the location the day before or even that morning? Unprofessional and inexcusable. Will not be booking an appointment with them again in the future. It would be one thing if I was buying a few throw pillows, but I was looking to buy a full bedroom suite. I will take my business elsewhere.

I bought back in January or February a set of wooden indoor lanterns. Gave them to my wife on Mother's Day. They were packed very well. But still came out of the packing broken. But really that is not the issue, the issue was that it was more than 30 days old. Am I the only person that buys gifts early in the year for different occasions? They at first didn't want to give me a refund, and really didn't want a refund, I wanted them to replace the broken lanterns.....to me a bit on the ridiculous side to not back their products without question. Again I am not the only person to buy products early.
