I sold something on eBay that was an odd size. The employees found me a box that fit and, since it was an old box destined for the trash, they didn’t charge me for it. Very helpful and nice people.

Dropped off a package to return my trade-in from Samsung. Today I received an email from Samsung that my box was empty...no phone. Immediately contacted Samsung and they confirmed the box was tampered with. Sincerhat was the last place it was before FedEx picked it up can only assume the phone was removed by an employee. Will never drop another package off there again. Totally disappointed.

Great service and good location. You can drop off UPS, USPS and FedEx packages here. They can make signage and print items for you. Highly recommend stopping in for all your shipping and printing needs!

The absolute best!! The team at Post Nation went over and above to help my mother send Thanksgiving Sally Bell cupcakes to me. They met my mother at her car to grab the box and brought the shipping receipt back out to her. You just don't find service like this anymore. Way to Go Post Nation. We appreciate you. You saved Thanksgiving - Our cupcakes will arrive tomorrow (Richmond > Belmont NC).

As a senior citizen, I must say that this business is a life saver for me. Every single time I go in, I've always had a positive experience. Those ladies go above and beyond to help me with my technology challenges. I was a little curious about the 1 Star review because this was never my experience and I've been going to Post Nation since the first day they opened.

Title: Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI had an extremely disappointing encounter with an employee named Kelsey at Post Nation. Her unprofessional behavior, including unnecessarily raising her voice despite there being no other customers present and my clear ability to hear, left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and caught off guard. Adding to the unpleasant experience, she continuously flipped her weave in front of my face and wore an overpowering perfume.When I tried to share with her that patience was the key in any situation, she abruptly cut me off in the middle of what I was saying by yelling, "Have a great day!" This not only displayed a lack of respect but also hindered any chance of resolving the issue at hand.As a result of this encounter, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere, despite having other matters to address at Post Nation. It is crucial for employees to receive proper training on how to handle various situations and maintain a professional demeanor, including listening to customer feedback without interruption. I strongly recommend that Post Nation addresses this incident promptly and takes appropriate measures to improve the overall customer experience.

I needed an item notarized and shipped. The people at post nation were super friendly and quick to help me. I was in and out in only 5 minutes. I recommended to another friend and she too had a wonderful experience.

Can't say enough about this wonderful little shop tucked away by the Food Lion off of Forest Hill. They have a WIDE variety of shipping options, so if you need to ship via the Post Office and Fed Ex, you can do both at the same time!The atmosphere in the store is very nice, and the owner/employees are kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. While I was in, I noticed they also provide print/computer/copy services, passport photos, AND fingerprinting services. Amazing!I was lucky enough to go in on their one-year anniversary today and I got a discount, entered into a raffle, and a free cookie! This is a business that gets it!! Cheers to many more years of success to Post Nation! I will certainly be back.

Excellent service! Brought in a heavy complicated return shipment because I was sent a return label and a battery label that had to be printed in color and we don't have a color printer right now--they insisted on taking care of removing old labels, sealing and attaching the new ones (and I gave them a tip because they made my day and great work deserves a reward, let's all start doing that more often). Can't believe I never noticed it was there but I will definitely return anytime I need shipping or printing services. They currently do FedEx and will also be doing UPS in the near future.

Found this gem in my own backyard! The clerks were very helpful and the cost for my print job was half the price of the large competitor I usually employ to handle my print jobs. I am returning to Post Nation from now on, instead of driving across town! Saved a bundle, too!

Total Incompetence! Brought a piece of framed art to the store to ship to the west coast. Though the store advertises FedEx, the young clerk who handled the sale seemed to know nothing about FedEx services and rates. I asked for the least expensive service (no rush). She first quoted me FedEx 2nd Day, totally overlooking the "Express Saver" option. After I pointed that out she quoted me a price at the SaverOnly rate. (At no time did she mention "FedEx Home" which would have been significantly less expensive.) She then instructed me on how to fill out the airbill incorrectly, screwing up the info on whom to bill. When I questioned the cost of extra insurance she said it was included. It was not.Exasperated, I asked the clerk to have the manager call me. She promised to do so. It's two days later and I've heard from no one.It was only after the fact that I found out that she calculated the cost based on the weight of the frame alone, not including the heavy double-boxed packaging. End result: The shipping costs were far more than what she quoted me!It appears to me that the manager had made little effort to appropriately train this clerk, nor instill the concept "If you're not sure, ask me."My personal philosophy is to support and patronize local small businesses. But it's difficult to do so if their counter representatives don't know what they're doing. Lesson learned. Next time I'll take the extra 10 minutes to drive to a FedEx facility.
