Went in to get a specific Stihl chainsaw blade. They were locked up and needed someone to open up the display case. After waiting for a while no one came to open the lock. If you’re going to lock up your blades you have to have someone available to open up the display case.

Not only did Pleasants have the obscure sized nut that Lowe's didn't carry, but John rethreaded it on my old bolt and only charged me the price of the nut, 85 cents! So kind. So helpful. Thank you!
