Pleasants Hardware is a super cute and venerable hardware store with a smaller store feel. It is not as big as giant warehouse stores but has a great selection of the essentials. The store is clean and organized. The hallmark is its excellent service and very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Employees are very informative and readily available to help solve issues and provide recommendations. Customers feel valued and respected, making it a highly recommended shop in RVA.

Super cute shop! The employee who helped my exasperated self was very very informative and helped me solve a huge issue with my wooden cross stitch frame. Much appreciated and will definitely be back for my next project ?

Could not love this store more! It has the most helpful employees, always has what I need, and is clean and organized. Highly recommend!
