Not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut pizza from here. I used to love their points program too. The pizza has great flavor, but the last 3 times I've ordered their pizza, the inner crust has been very thin and limp. Is the yeast getting killed prematurely some how? I don't know but I give up on this place and have switched to Domino's for delivery or carry out.

Man, what a shame. I had enjoyed dining in at the Midlothian Turnpike location for decades before they moved up the road. Soon after the move, they stopped delivering to our neighborhood-even though it's now slightly closer to us than the previous location had been. They will deliver to the other neighborhoods which surround us-Salisbury, Tarrington, etc., and we are well within their delivery radius, but for some reason, they are not able to deliver to our house-fewer than four miles away. So I've been getting our pizzas delivered from Marcos for over a year. Plus, Pizza Hut arbitrarily just decided to start charging an extra $1 for their pan crust. No. Today I decided I wanted Pizza Hut, since it's been over a year that I've had their pizza (we used to order it almost every week for a family of seven). Because they don't deliver to us anymore, we were willing to pick it up. When I tried to order it online, for some reason I could not order a supreme pizza with any kind of crust. Whatever crust I chose, I got a message stating that that combination of ingredients was not available for pizza I chose. I tried to call in my order it kept getting hung up on. So, CLEARLY Pizza Hut does not want my $$$.

I'm 56 years old. I grew up eating at Pizza Hut when they were really the only restaurant style pizza place to go to they've always been my favorite but once they close down all the sit-down walk-in pizza places and all these cheaper pizza places started popping up all over the place the quality of everybody's Pizza has gone down and that's unfortunate but I still personally like the Pizza Hut pizza better than than anybody else's that's you know that's just my opinion but the quality I think it's still a little better because but the other the other brands all the other quick places I don't think they had up to add you just trying to make a quick Buck which is what everybody is trying to do anyway but hey that's just my opinion sorry about the typos my phone doesn't type perfect English because it was made in China

They didn't bother to even toss my wings in sauce. Instead, they just gave them a quick squirt across the top and boxed them up. Eating our pizza, we were unsurprised to see that they hadn't bothered to actually cut the pizza for us either. Wtf.

Best PizzaHut in the Springs. Not over cooked or burnt. The cheese is actually cheesy like it should be.

We called ahead and said we would arrive at 12:05pm, our pizza was coming out of the oven ready, hot and William provided us great service - making sure we got all plates, utensils and cheese. Thank you.

I placed an order for delivery but someone called me and said the driver did not come in tonight so he would give me 50% of to come pick it up or he could cancel it whichever I wanted. I told him to cancel it. I called back an hour later to verify I had been credited to my credit card but the worker who answered said it had been canceled to carry out and if I did not pick it up it would be canceled. I said why can't it just be voided out. She then became very rude and condescending. I will follow up with my card in a few days and I will not be ordering from this location ever again. It sounds shady.

So let's talk! I understand that $5 pizza is tough business. To make it into a "real" pizza you have to spend $4.50 more to make it into a PIZZA! I spent $3 for pepperoni lovers to get enough toppings and another $1.50 to get enough cheese to make it stringy like pizza should be. Don't get me wrong, I like their crust, their sauce is great, and their service was very good this time with my pie getting here in 24 minutes! So I bought $15 in food by buying three of the $5 items. Sure, the $6.50 pasta didn't come with breadsticks so I can see $5 but why are boneless wings almost $8 bucks and they can sell them for $5 bucks on the deal? To conclude my rant if the delivery charge doesn't go to the driver who does it go to? The drivers are hauling several dozen if not hundreds of pizzas an hour and at $4 a pop that sounds like someone is lining their pockets! Put it back into toppings and you will make it back in volume!

Consistently terrible. Every time we order from this location the pizza shows up cold, usually the wrong order and the manager blames the online ordering system.

This location is a carry-out restaurant that does not offer delivery. You can order your food ahead of time and pick it up in less than half an hour. There's nothing spectacular about this place, however, I will say that I was greeted by an overwhelming smokey smell as soon as I walked in. It was almost unbearable. Overall, the service was fair and I received my meal within 15 minutes.

This is the best delivery pizza place in Midlothian.
