Julian was wonderful! He did a great job making us feel at ease getting my and my daughter’s ears pierced. He took his time and was very knowledgeable, and was very kind and gentle. Would definitely recommend!

Shirell was great! I didn’t think would be able to have two piercers because she was the only one at the stand, however she had another employee come from the second stand to help. I’m so grateful for her going above and beyond!My sweet girl is 7 almost 8 months and we are so excited. She cried for 5-6 seconds max and was just fine right after.

Such AMAZING customer service. Employees are very patient and kind. They were very thorough and clean. Both my daughters had their piercing done here. Excellent experiences. Highly recommend. 5 stars to Shirell the manager. She was so sweet and so welcoming.

They use piercing guns for your ears. Please don't use those for your piercings! Needles are better and hurt less with a less chance of infection or issue
