I LOVE Phoenix! The clothing they carry is very contemporary and they have a number of brands I like and can't find elsewhere. You won't see yourself coming and going in clothing from Phoenix! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Don’t expect “cookie cutter” style here. The sales staff helps you select what flatters you without hovering or pressure. When I leave, I’m always confident that I’ll look great!

I always look forward to stopping by The Phoenix in Carytown when I visit my son in Richmond. And yesterday’s stop didn’t disappoint. I managed to pick up a great pair of pants, 2 tops and a very cool woven bag from Paris. Love this store!

This is one of my favorite stores in Richmond. I came in to shop for a dress for my son’s rehearsal dinner. I had a hard time choosing, so many great choices! They were all beautiful and unique! The owner was very helpful in pulling additional items to try. Ended up finding the dress and 2 additional ones!
