Best bike shop! Attention to detail always leads to excellence, and this shop is no exception. Their service is reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. I came in for an electric bike repair, which other shops had refused, but they handled it with ease for only $25. During my visit, I noticed they stock and take orders for various vendors/type/components, including GIANT. If I plan to make a purchase, I’ll definitely buy from here.

My wife and I came in today to look at a Liv Avail road bike that I'd seen on the website. Mark, the owner worked directly with us, showing us a selection of new and used cycles and sending me out on a test ride. I eventually bought the bike I came in to look at with appropriate safety accessories tailored to my needs. Mark's breadth of knowledge, passion about the local cycling scene, and attention to detail were amazing. This is our local bike shop now!

I bought my Giant bike from them back in 2007 when they were on Lee Davis Rd in Mechanicsville. I love my bike still and they still provide free tuneups! Wonderful company and service.

I wasn’t familiar with this bike shop before today but now I can’t imagine I’ll go anywhere else in the future. My bike needed a fairly simple repair. The other stores I called said it would take 2-3 weeks. I walked my bike into Pedal Power and their friendly staff evaluated my bike, made some adjustments and had me out the door in under an hour. Plus I bought some shoes and clips and they took the time to adjust my pedals so I was riding safely. Great experience all around.

Mika was helpful from the moment to stepped into the shop. My husband and I are new to biking and Pedal Power made us feel at home in their shop! They had great suggestions, were patient when test riding bikes and genuinely excited to help someone get into the world of biking. My family feels lucky to live so close to this gem!

They were kind enough to pump up a stroller tire for me a while back, so when it came time to buy bikes I knew I wanted to use them. Despite being busy for the holidays, they were helpful, attentive, and prompt. Impressed with the knowledgeable staff and the kind professionalism displayed. We’ll be back!
