Party City has everything that one may need, but unfortunately, in 2024, they still don't accept refunds.....every business in the world does accept refunds accept Party City. Oh, they take refunds, but they have to be in the original package or unopened. Oh, and the package paper must be in good shape. Come on, Party City, change your policy.

Will never shop here again. Didn't buy anything tonight for the simple reason they don't allow you to try anything on. Went in to buy a Halloween costume but the fitting rooms were all closed. The girl working there informed me I could take the things home and try them on and bring them back but I live 45 minutes away so why in the hell would I want to buy something that might not fit and have to drive that far back into town to return it? I don't work nearby either. Some cool stuff there. Was interested in buying something besides a Halloween costume but if I can't try things on I'm not buying anything.

The actual store itself was ok. The customer service by one of their employees was absolute dookie. Not only was she rude when I walked up to the counter to pay for my party stuff. She forgot to hand me my stuff that she bagged and immediately jumped on her phone. Rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention I was not acknowledged while paying for my supplies. I understand it’s seasonal positions and people don’t enjoy retail but I’m still a person who gets excited over the littles things like parties. Also they have no cat themed party decorations which was disappointing. Expect poor customer service when you come here! ????

Excellent in-store service. When I arrived to pick up on-line order, everything was ready and easily located. An associate offered to help take things to the car. The extra items I wanted to check out (Harry Potter Birthday theme) were all in stock and easily locate--good quality fun centerpiece that held together just fine when directions were followed (unlike another reviewer's comments). Prices were best I found--and I shopped around on line.
