Unfortunately, the experience that we had here is quite dismal not only are the employees unwilling to make things right they’re also refusing to call the boss to actually accomplish that. We’re simply asking the employee to make a phone call to issue a refund on a terribly altered dress. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR TAILORING.

I took two baggy, wrinkled tux shirts in to get tailored and got them back a couple days later beautifully pressed and fitting perfectly. Their skills are the best I’ve seen in Richmond.

I've gotten several pieces altered here over the years, and I'm always extremely pleased with the service they provide. They've fixed my shirts and have taken in pants and an expensive suit- and everything has turned out the way I wanted. I'm always happy go here, and the couple who runs this place is very sweet and professional.Service: Alterations

Amazing service here! I brought in a dress to be altered and it was done perfectly. I also had a white shirt with ink stains all over it and they got all of them out! 10/10 would recommend.

Best dry cleaning service I've ever had (and I've lived all over the US). My partner's kilt came out so soft and spotless. It was amazing! The owner is such a nice person and wonderful neighbor to have in the community. I highly recommend their service! Prices are great as well!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICESBrought in a wedding dress I bought for ~$200 to have cleaned prior, having explained as much. I was asked if I wanted it boxed, and I was hesitant and again explained that I wanted it de-wrinkled and cleaned and was concerned boxing it would cause creases. The guy reassured me it was common practice and the best way to keep it safe, so I agreed. One month later, I come in and receive the box...and they charged me $180!!! When I opened it, they clearly had preserved it as if it was post-wedding, not at all what I had asked for, and there are obvious creases in the material from being folded into the box. The owner will only agree to refund the $30 for the box if I return it and offered half off of dress preservation after my wedding. One, I do not intend to spend ANOTHER $90 on dress preservation, or to preserve my dress at all. I said as much and asked for a refund and said I would pay $30 for the cleaning and time. He refused. Having spoken with an employee, this is COMMON PRACTICE. He does something more than you ask for, charges an insane amount of money, and then claims he needs to be compensated for his time. I intend to report him to the BBB to fix his crooked ways. Do not support this business!!!!!!!!

I took my selvedge denim jeans here to be repaired for a small hole near the crotch. I picked them up 5 days later and immediately after unpacking them I could tell that had been washed. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO WASH SELVEDGE DENIM. Now a 240$ pair of jeans that used to fit me perfectly are too tight and no longer comfortable. The selvedge dye has also faded and they look like regular jeans now. Thanks guys. Really appreciate the professionalism.
