Many thanks to Kaya and Paper Plus for helping my husband and I with a last minute printing request for our destination wedding. We called on a Saturday afternoon to have a weekend event itinerary printed for our guests gift bags. We explained we were leaving for Mexico first thing Tuesday morning. Kaya told us to come in and she would help to have them completed by Monday (they are closed on Sundays). We arrived at Paper Plus and were greeted warmly. Kaya assisted with printing our itineraries on beautiful Crane & Co. paper. We received an email less than an hour and a half later informing us that our order was ready to be picked up.While picking up we also purchased a beautiful guest book and cards for our vendor tips.Thank you again Paper Plus for coming to our rescue. We'll be sure to recommend to our friends and family!

I cant say enough how pleased we were with PaperPlus. EXCELLENT customer service, as in I was always kept up to date on our order, and the odd-sized print job they did for us turned out fantastic. A quick turn-around, too.

I went there to look for birthday gift wrapping paper & to look for a couple of cute ornaments for the holidays and I have to say if I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I walked in only to be stared at and ignored by all of the staff standing by the counters/floor. Not only was I not acknowledged, they then proceeded to stare at me walking about the store. There was another customer in there who was looking as well and was asked if she needed any help and to let them know if she had any questions followed by smiles and laughter. Not even five minutes of me being in there, another customer walked in only to be cheerfully greeted and helped. I am so disappointed that people, especially those with businesses are still like this. I guess you’re only acknowledged & helped if you look a certain way, specifically lacking melanin.Will not be stepping foot in that store again. Please do not support businesses like this one. Absolutely no respect or care for ALL customers.

Out-of-towner, looking for posh wrapping paper and ribbon and found it here - lots of lovely choices in notes, note cards, paper, ribbon and more. Found for myself a smart pair of earrings at a great price! Kind and helpful staff who helped so, not question, I'll be back!

this shop is amazing!!!! i just had the pleasure of walking into this darling and festive shop.carole, the owner has fantastic taste and such an eye for finding neat, fun gifts and goodies .you do not need to go anywhere else to find unique things for the home, jewelry, picture frames, fantastic cards for all occasions, and you are able to design or hand pick a custom made invitation or stationary.such a friendly staff too who go out of their way to make shopping a positive experience.i will be returning to "paper plus" again soon!!

Most of these reviews are on the older side, so I'm here to give you a little 2020 update. This was maybe my 2nd or 3rd time venturing in. I stopped at UPS and instead of driving somewhere else to get wrapping paper, I stopped in Paper Plus. It smelled sooo good in there and the service was wonderful. I was promptly greeted and shown where the wrapping paper was. I liked the selection a lot and although it was pricey, I left with two rolls of paper (for $20, mind you). I was mad at myself all the way home for spending that much on wrapping paper, BUT! When I got home, I immediately noticed the amazing quality of the paper. It was thick and beautiful paper! It was actually a pleasure to wrap gifts with it. I used up both of the rolls and now my gifts look amazing under the tree. I saw a bunch of other really nice items in the shop, but I was on a mission and didn't get to mill around much. Look forward to my next visit!

Last year my sisters and i gave a birthday party for my mother. Paper Plus staff were so helpful with selecting napkins to be personalized. I will use them again.

Highly disappointed! I am planning our first holiday party for my medical office. I stopped in to look and order invitations for our staff. Unfortunately, I was not greeted when I walked in and didn't feel welcomed at all. I found something that I liked so I tried to get assistance...I waited...I saw 3 women who worked there (it took me forever to figure out that they did because they didn't wear anything to identify themselves) but they were all talking to one lady which was a bit frustrating so I quietly exited the store after 5-10 minutes of waiting. I then went to Carytown's Merrymakers because I still needed invitations...I walked in, cheerfully greeted and directed to the right person, Camille. Invitations were ordered in 20 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.I guess if you look a certain way, you may have success with this establishment but I will not be going back there...ever.
