Working with May and Jay from RVA Kitchen has been wonderful. May is very thorough, detailed and easy to communicate with. Jay came out to do the measurements and we were having some trouble with how to lay out our new kitchen and he came in with a creative eye and new perspective which we ended up loving and going with his idea. May helped us with picking out colors, giving us the freedom to be creative but also giving us feedback when we needed her expertise with design. The finished product looks amazing. There were a few final touches/small changes after the project and May resolved them in a jiffy and without any issues. Thank you for an amazing and easy experience with remodeling our kitchen. Would recommend hands down to any friends or family and would easily work with them again.

Our entire experience with the entire team far exceeded our expectations. From the brainstorming stage, to meeting with May who assisted in all aspects of making our dream kitchen a reality, to the install team who treated our home like it was theirs, our experience was fantastic. Communication between May and us was always great and she replied to both phone calls and e-mails immediately. Any questions we needed answered or any changes we wanted to make, she listened to all of our concerns and made sure we were keep in the know. We are extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone doing a kitchen or bath remodel.

We worked with May for our double vanity in a spare bathroom. I was putting off the project bc I thought it would be a lot. May made the experience so easy, so fast and was definitely more affordable than Home Depot. Her suggestions helped us and it was done in a matter of weeks. It was installed, the guys were professional and the whole experience was just so great. We will most likely be redoing our master bath and half bath at beginning of year and are actually looking forward to it because now I know how easy and pleasant May makes it!

We worked with Kitchen and Bath Expo for a wet bar including a cabinet, sink, several drawers, and quartz countertops. May was wonderful to work with. Her communication was timely and thorough and her design ideas were very helpful. The process was easy from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the finished product. We're looking forward to working with May again for future projects!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kitchen & Bath Expo. May Cheung was so pleasant to work with when designing our kitchen. She did an amazing job staying within our budget! She was extremely helpful during the planning phase and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. The turn around time from ordering our cabinets to install was super quick. The gentlemen who installed the cabinets were very polite and did a phenomenal job installing and ensured they cleaned up debris after they were done. Our kitchen is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! Customer service is excellent, communicated and coordinated with May Cheung throughout and she was very helpful & pleasant. Her knowledge was very helpful in our selection process.The people at the warehouse were most patient and helpful when it was time to make our selection of Granite.The installation crew were on time, and their attention to detail was great. Jay, who did the initial measurement, was at installation & the application of sealant also displayed wonderful customer service/attitude He was the last to leave on install day and showed total appreciation for us and wanted to be sure we were happy.It was a pleasure working with everyone at Kitchen & Bath Expo.We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or updated Kitchen.

I was referred to this company by my neighbor after admiring her new bathroom. The vanity in particular was outstanding. When I asked where did you get the vanity she simply said “May is your girl! She will take care of you”. Was she ever right! From the initial appointment call to May Cheung, to the follow-up call after installation the entire process was first rate. If you’re planning to remodel your kitchen and /or bath, you need to get a quote. The value you receive far exceeds anything you can buy online. You get high quality custom designed products with no touch installation.

We asked and they delivered beyond our expectations!! The design, superb quality of the counter tops, cabinets and high end upgrades has given our 70s home the modern flare that we were trying to achieve. May and her team did a great job in helping us with a gorgeous quartzite countertop for our kitchen renovation. She coordinated and helped price out numerous options (natural stone, quartz, etc) until we found the right combo of aesthetics and price. She also advised on how to design and cut the slabs to make the most of out each piece. We are using Coastal Contracting for our reno and she’s also done a great job of handling communication between everyone. I had a fantastic experience working with Jake and Kitchen and Bath Expo on my kitchen remodel. My countertops were lower than my newly-installed dishwasher but he reassured me that they could make everything the correct height.The customer service at Kitchen and Bath Expo impressed me; from explaining the difference between countertop materials to giving us samples to take home to answering many questions over the phone, Jake made our remodel much easier than we expected. I highly recommend this business.

After reviewing a lot of cabinet companies, we choose Kitchen and Bath Expo because May and her team in the showroom were very personable, and their prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the cabinets. During the design phase, May produced computer images to demonstrate various options, allowing us to visualize our kitchen. We had some unique challenges, and she offered excellent advice. The design team has years of experience, and it shows. The design for the hard-to-reach cabinet above the refrigerator is so clever I continually get comments from visitors. Today, eight years later, I still find myself admiring the cabinets.
