Overall, I'm extremely impressed with this location both Adrian and Allen were extremely helpful. They identified the issue I was having with my car while providing solutions to keep my vehicle up and running. Even though spending money on car maintenance is never fun, they made the experience less frustrating.

Absolutely ridiculous that they have incorrect inventory saying parts are in stock only to show up to be told they can be in tomorrow due to inventory being updated prematurely. The worst system I've ever had to deal with

Anthony and Adrian helped us find all the parts we needed to pick up for our auto repair. They were knowledgable, charismatic, and helpful; really just bringing a great energy to our visit, which is not something you tend to get at the auto store. We will continue to come back here.

I was able to walk in and around the store with ZERO assistance for three minutes. Two employees were visible working the register and never raised their heads to even greet me. I walked out with no one even attempting to ask me if i needed help. Guess i’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Customers should matter

Walked in, said "I need an 83 Ford fuel filter"I guess I misspoke, or wasn't loud enough.Lady looked at me and said "I don't know what an A 3 ford is". When I reiterated, 83, she said "There you go" in kind of a snobby way.Not that big of a deal really but probably won't come back to this store based on that interaction. I don't have the time or patience to interact with people like that.

My boyfriend, thinking it was the battery because he kept having to jump it, took my 2016 Honda Accord to get scanned at AUTOZONE… usually I do go to auto zone. They said my battery was 100% and my alternator was shot. So I find a cheaper one at o’Reilly’s, paid for it, which was $500. Thankfully the man that was helping me, his name is Anthony!! He told me he would scan it again because it sounded like the battery. He scanned it over 5 times and my alternator passed every time. The WHOLE time it was my battery. Soo Thank you so much Anthony for saving me a ton of money and just being a genuine nice human!!

really poor customer service for online orders and returns. the store manager literally told me they won’t do a return for an online order that arrived missing parts. i called customer service and they still were no help. now i lost $100 and my own customer with my business due to this store 10401 Midlothian Trpk. next time i will go to autozone or something else. smh.

The store website states the store would be open until 8:00 pm Sunday 1/1/2023. The open sign was on and employees walking around and the door was locked and they would not acknowledge us or explain why the were closed. Extremely unprofessional.

Victor and Anthony, you two are awesome and saved me tens if not hundreds... Perfect gentleman to help me with my headlights on my Sonata. Both were out... 15 minutes later with the bulbs I already had the car was working fine both lights on. I will be here from now on for all my auto (part) needs. Truly thank you!

Got a battery. They put it in. All is good. Customer service is great.
