“My 2012 Tiguan had a low oil pressure light coming on telling me to turn engine off immediately. I tried everything including sensor replacement, oil pump replacement, screen cleaning and change to new… etc (Everything)
When I first took it there it had also developed a small new oil leak. They found the leak near the sensor I replaced and of course determined that was both issues (understandably), a month later the light was back with a vengeance. (Leak was still gone)
I called and they said bring it right back (took over a month to get in there originally because they are that good and super busy. I took it back and after a few days called and wanted to clean the screen so I called and explained everything I had done including replacing that. Most places want to do it themselves which costs money but they understood and ran a series of test determining that the problem was with the aftermarket sensor that I had replaced it with and then they replaced it with another one just like it. It was never dropping oil pressure at all so they bought one from Volkswagen put it in and told me to come up and get it, and it was under warranty. A problem that two other mechanics and myself couldn’t solve they finally did and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Not to mention how nice and professional the lady I was speaking with was.”

“I messed up some things under my 2006 Chrysler 300 trying to park at work and thought it was going to be a small issue. Turns out it wasn’t and it took longer than anticipated. Being a woman who doesn’t understand cars, it can be easy to get irritated and send a wordy text showcasing your frustration. These gentlemen took it to the chin and were respectful. Not only were they personable and kind, they took the extra effort to know I’d be safe on the road by making sure nothing was leaking, things were higher up under my low bumper so the next time I push into something to get into a tight parking spot, I wouldn’t be in the same position, and apologized for things taking longer and adjusted the final cost. When you have no one else to rely on and your car messes up and rent is due, you panic and these men were professional and best of all, they were human. They’ve more than earned my trust and I’ll be going back to them for now on.”

“Wallace Automotive is awesome. I stumbled across them a few years ago. Loved that just one of their specialties is Honda. Since I had just purchased a Honda ? It goes beyond that though- calling on the phone they are so professional. Sending in appointment requests- they get back to you very very quickly.
I enjoy being able to set something up without calling because I’m so busy working during the week.
And of course the most important part. I trust who’s got there hands on my vehicle. All of the mechanics are just wonderful- John is my best kept secret.
He knows what you’re saying- and if you don’t know what you’re saying he’ll know what you need.
I’ve only gone for quick maintenance but I’ll never take my car anywhere else.
I got there for an oil change at 10:45 and left by 11:20. It doesn’t get much better than that”
