Horrible Birthday experience. Wasn't notified I could not bring food, maybe it was in the email, that I'm not sure, but something that important should have been told directly. I bought over $100 in food/drinks and was told to take it back to the car because only "pizza" is allowed because kids might have food allergies to anything else brought in??? Kids who were not in the party went into the party room and put their hands all in the cupcakes (hope they didn't have an allergy to that!). Poor rules, poor policies. I wish I had read the countless other poor Birthday reviews prior to committing.

Staff is somewhat friendly , could definitely be a little more well lit for certain houses they have . Quite a few were very dark and it scared my daughter from trying them .

My daughter attended a birthday party here for one of her classmates. When we walked in we were greeted and given instructions for play. The facility is smaller than other indoor bounce facilities, but it had plenty for the kids to play with. I am not sure if the birthday boy's parents rented the entire space out but it appeared that everyone there was a party guest. Towards the end of the party, I did noticed other kids coming in that were not there for the party. The facility also has a decent sized room for the kids to sit and eat. Everything was nice and clean and the employees were very friendly.

The staff was friendly and the place itself was decent but I don't recommend for children under 4. The place is mostly catered to schoolage children. They do have some accommodations for Toddlers like 3 mini playhouses (think fisher price toys) and play items like large soft blocks and plastic foods. However, the rest of the place is arcade style games (5 total if I recall) and large bounce house style inflatibles that are difficult for smaller children to climb (adults are not allowed on the inflatibles and socks are a must they do sell them if forgotten). Also due to the large inflatibles the space itself is a bit crowded. Did my 2 year old have a good time? Sure but was it worth $10? Not in my opinion.

My children always have a phenomenal time here. I love the flat rate for the day. Very family oriented and love that the owners kids are often seen. Always friendly, approachable, and go above and beyond for customers. I am in awe in the professionalism these individuals display when being cursed at or when people literally leave their children. Always clean and well organized. We have thoroughly enjoyed coming here for years. Looking forward to many more visits.

We LOVE Off The Wall! Great price for your kids to use the facility all day. Staff is so friendly, attentive and accommodating, they remember us if we leave and come back later on in the day, and they are so nice to the kids. It's really comforting to go to a place where the staff is paying attention and enforcing rules to keep everyone safe! I've also witnessed the staff constantly tidying up, putting toys back, cleaning, etc. Our son has the best time everytime!

I booked to celebrate my daughter turning one, we had a private party and everything started out great. It was a bit confusing for the nerf wars where they just sat a bucket out of nerf guns with no rules or guidance, just to wear the safety goggles, that was a bit odd but I brushed past it. It is a super cute place and it was clean, no complaints there. Now the reason for my two stars.. when it was time to eat food and cake, it started off well, but literally after the adults were served, the young staff member came in asking to bring ice cream for the kids and told me it was 8:30.. I'm like okay.. what felt like 2 seconds later, she came back asking us to cut the cake because and I quote "we have to clean up". Mind you, the adults JUST got their food to sit down and eat and we still had a half hour left.. Needless to say, that upset me because how can you enjoy your child's party when you're being rushed? So we cut the cake handed it out and packed everything up to leave.. Our family who traveled over an hour away didn't even get to watch her open her presents because I was told she had to clean up.. If she had not rushed us, it would be a much more pleasant review.. We spent over $600 on this place, (which was pretty steep, not to mention buying food separately, and the drinks being $1 per person AND not being allowed to bring drinks in) then to be rushed with a half hour left just isn't great customer service.. I am aware it is an establishment and needs to be clean but to be told that DURING the party where we still had time left was extremely unprofessional. The other two ladies were great and I have no complaints about them but the young one with the glasses should probably get a job that doesn't involve people celebrating momentous occasions.. Somewhere like McDonald's. Needless to say I won't be booking again, but if you decide to book, buy extra time and make sure the young one isn't there.. It is really a shame, I did really like the place.

I've seen many different children play places but I have never seen 1 this filthy and I have 5 children so you can imagine how many I've been to.Outside all that, we were having a birthday party for a 3 year old and the cost was I sane at $300+ but that is what they charge, but..... during the back room party we were asked if we needed extra plates and napkins which we said yes to and shorty afterwards we were brought a $1 bucket from like dollar tree with sodas for the adults and we said sure (assuming it's part of the deal). While the 3 year old is opening presents the young lady (who was new) brought in another bill stating they owed more money! We asked why and they then decided that there is a EXTRA CHARGE FOR PLATES AND THE SODAS!!! Well we definitely had a problem with that so we asked for the manager (who was very very rude) and she told use that's the deal and decided to KICK US OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 3 YEAR OLD OPENING PRESENTS!! Then she called the police. The bill she gave us was for $15.90 and after the cops showed up she added a we had shoes on our feet $50 bucks. Bringing the bill now to $65.90 on top of the $301 already paid.If you like letting kids play in filth and love spending money then this place is for you!!!!! ENJOY

I brought my daughter here for the first time and she had a blast. I love that it's clean and gives the kids lots to do. I truly enjoy seeing all the kids smiling faces. You can't beat 15.00 to play all day.

This is a great place to take your toddler. It is priced well at 15 dollars, and all you have to do is make sure you bring your socks.
