ORI is the best 4x4 shop in and around Richmond, VA. The owner Joe is top notch and he has been a part of that industry his whole life in some way, shape, or form. That amount of experience is hard to find, and it shows in everything he does! I just recently had my third truck in his shop, for the usual suspension upgrades and tires. If he ever closes that shop, I will have to start doing my own work... Because trusting somebody to do a job that important, isn't an easy decision to make unless it's Joe at Off Road Innovations!!

I would NEVER deal with them because of their negative reputation i have heard from so many and the information they gave me about having something done to my truck, I checked on and they were not telling me the truth ..

Bought a new 2020 F150 from Richmond Ford Commerical Truck. ORI installed the Amp Research Side steps. Steps drop down when doors are opened. They did a great job and fast service. Thanks ORI.

I chose ORI to do the lift/level, new tires and wheel alignment on my 2015 RAM pickup. The owner is very knowledgeable knowing exactly what would fit my truck for the look I was going for, at a descent price. They were also able to do the job complete as other companies couldn't do the wheel alignment??? Who installs tire and can't do an alignment??? I guess that's one of those things you have to ask first now. There was a little bit of a waiting period to get my truck in the shop, but it was started and completed exactly as scheduled.I have already recommended this place to friends and family. Now you should check them out.

not your typical truck accessory shop. most of the time you deal directly with the owner. Not only does he handle getting you what you want he also does your install. nice to have a salesman that knows what will work on your ride. not someone who looks at a computer & says we'll make it work. The man knows his stuff. Other shops actually call him for advice been there seen it happen plenty of times.

Joe has helped me out with parts and solving issues with my Jeep. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I will not use another off road shop if possible. Off road innovations has my business.

Dealing with Off-Road Innovations for over a decade they have exactly what you need or they can order it very fair prices wonderful staff and when they tell you that that is the price that is the price that you pay were they make it right I've only had one mix up one and one order of parts in over a decade I can't say enough great things about them

Great place. They know their stuff. I have used them several times and never had to call them with a problem. Their prices are actually a bit cheaper then average for the Richmond Market
