Drove 40 mins to get my hair done. First they gave me a different price from what they originally said. Then they told me my hair was too short to get the style I requested. Then I asked for my hair to be done a bit bigger in the middle, which I’ve gotten before with this hair length. They immediately told me they have to take the hair out because she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my hair anymore. Let me just say gas isn’t cheap, they could at least ask what length my hair was before me driving here and told me they couldn’t do the style I wanted. And the worse part of all they kept speaking in their native language and giggling while I was trying to get to a common ground on how I want my hair. Needless to say never again. Walked out of there the same way I walked in. Unprofessional and shady business. If I could give it 0/5 I would.

I decided to visit this place because I got their business card at the African store. I only wanted corn rows. I had just washed my hair so it was tangled, the stylist asked if I could help with the combing, I did, but shortly after, this lady yelled at me like I was some child. Saying instead of me combing my hair, I was just sitting there.? I have never had a stylist talk to me this way. Someone else eventually came to comb out my hair, but the damage had already been done. The same lady that yelled at me wove my hair and the centre was crooked. At that point I didn’t even care, I just wanted to leave the place because they were speaking French over my head really loudly. This place has zero professionalism. I threw their business card in the bin as soon as I got home. I’d find somewhere else to make my hair next time.

I actually found this spot back in 2016 through Google searching, everytime I need them, they have availability. Even though the shop is held in home, the designated space is very professional and suitable for business. They are always on time with appointments and are able to give whatever style you request (or very close to it).

This was my first time getting braids in over twenty years! Ms. Odette did a wonderful job as my hair is very very short and my braids are awesome! I'm disabled and was worried about how long I would have to sit, but she worked so fast that it took no time at all! I'll definitely be going back!Service: Braids

This is the best hair braiding experience I have ever had in my life. It is amazing that she was able to braid my hair within 2 1/2 hours and the braiding technique was painless! I will definitely be coming back!
