I got up and was trying to head off to work when my clutch pedal went straight to the floor. I was able to get it towed towed to them a little while later. Much to my surprise they were able to get the parts sourced and installed same day! It even cost less than I was anticipating which was great, since my mind had immediatley gone to needing a new clutch. I'd certainly go back to them for my next routine service.

Getting a flat tire sucks, but this crew made it as painless as possible. They were friendly, fast and attentive to detail. I really appreciated that they walked me through my options clearly and didn’t try to upsell me. Highly recommend.

John the store manager is also the top tech there and his prices are super good and he was so knowledgeable that he taught me things about my vehicle I hadn’t been told by any of the techs that worked on my car in the previous years before. I will be going back to this 3000 w broad st store from now on for all my cars needs and I will very strongly suggest and advise everyone I know and more to go to see John as well. He will definitely get you all the way together and get you back on the road ready to roll. He’s the BEST!!! And I’m 42 years old and has had many vehicles so I’m a great judge of mechanics. Go see John at 3000 west broad street at NTB Tire and Battery.

I had an incredible experience at NTB thanks to Caleb and John! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. My brakes were in dire need of repair, and they tackled the job with professionalism and expertise. Not only did they fix them flawlessly, but they also offered an excellent discount for veterans, which I truly appreciated.
The team was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It's rare to find such dedicated service these days! Caleb and John turned our bad flat tire experience with Firestone down the road (online appt not "seen" and employee non-plussed that there were no other same-day appts available) into such a positive NTB experience, we will be returning to this location for any future car service we might need in Richmond (where we live part-time). Sunday hours are a real plus in Richmond and their friendly, honest, expeditious service enabled us to return to NoVa as planned. John even made recommendations for things we could do while we waited the 45 minutes (it was shorter) for our car tire to be replaced. Highly recommend this location.

I needed 2 new front tires in a pinch. Their hours work great for someone who works 9-5 m-f. It was easy to book a reservation. Once there, Caleb and John were friendly and helpful. They presented me with my options and there was no pressure to spend more than I needed to. The whole process was quick, simple, and an overall positive experience. I recommend.

Fast and friendly service. The technicians and staff Celab and John explained in detail how they would fix my tire pressure monitoring system that had been a on going problem for me. Caleb was able to get me in faster than originally estimated. I would recommend this NTB location to anyone.

I took my car for an alignment and now I need a new battery. There was nothing wrong with my car and now my car won’t start. They jumped it for me and this morning it won’t start again and I’m stuck at home and my car doesn’t start. It’s mighty funny to me and they didn’t act like they were concerned or cared at all.
